I stop by here to get a soda when I’m thirsty. Fortunately for me, I’m not thirsty that often. This place is really no different from others in the chain. The parking is limited and small, but the folks are friendly enough. They should be since they charge 3 times higher than a grocery store, but the Big Gulps are still a good deal.

The beer selection sucks(unless you’re looking for something sold in a can or a 40oz malt liquor), parking here is a physical challenge, and I always have to wait 10 minutes for the person ahead of me who has«a dollar and a dream» to scan each and every lottery ticket they wasted their money on just to buy a freakin coffee. But its so convenient.

This is the closest 7 – 11 to where I visit in Long Beach, so I have no choice to go here to pick up a nice slushy. But I agree with Suze, there is always someone outside begging. So far I’ve been lucky and haven’t come across someone who is aggressive. But am re-thinking going to AMPM.

I got a couple two liters of soda that were on sale for a pretty reasonable price! Parking and getting out of the parking can be a bit chaotic though!

After what happned here with the man being set on fire by a homeless man I will never come to this location again! This location always has a panhandler posted outside it’s doors begging for cash. And this does not always bother me but the ones at this location have always been particularly scary and aggressive. And yet 7-eleven owners do nothing to discourage them from harrassing their customers. It should be the owners responsibility to contact police to have these people who harrass the customers removed. It is their responsiblity to provide a safe environment for their customers to shop. Boycott this location until they take responsibility and do so!!!

Oh I can’t even remember going in here. I just know I did. :D After a birthday party and then a quick stop at DiPiazza’s for CPRR #4, I had had a couple of drinks and some snacks for home seemed like a good idea. I don’t recall what I got, save for two spicy chicken rolls I found the following morning, which kind of saved me, also Sheri’s leftover nacho cheese ended up being great dipping sauce for those rolls.

Since I’m here several times a week, I figure I might as well Unilocal it… My work morning just isn’t complete without stopping in at 7-Eleven to arm myself with a huge cup of joe. This one keeps their coffee station clean and stocked, just the way I like it. There are always at least 6 different kinds of coffee and a slew of different flavored creamers to choose from. The Brazilian Bold is the best, but I like to make a cocktail of half Brazilian and half Hazelnut. Yum! Plus, you can super charge your morning with a tub or two of STOK, each of which has the same caffeine as a shot of espresso. You guessed it, I like to go to work wired. And if it’s one of those days, I might even stop back in after lunch for a 99 cent refill. I’m well aware that you can get a better tasting cup of coffee at a real coffee house, but you can’t bet on getting in and out of a coffee house in 3 minutes flat. At 7 – 11, you can. For a 7-Eleven, the staff is pretty on top of it. Some are nicer than others, but I usually get to see the same sweet cashier on my morning visits, so I’m happy. Big plus that I’m a Citibank customer and they’ve got a Citibank ATM inside. Hello, convenience! Yeah, there’s usually your obligatory beggar outside(hey, it’s still a 7-Eleven). But, all in all, this particular location rates on the lower end of the 7-Eleven skeezy-scale.
