Service is impressively bad. Clerk refused to share wifi, and gave a dick face. Also, they won’t give you the receipt, if you didn’t ask at the first time. IRA should visit this shop sometime. It’s October, I can’t tell they’re wearing ghost mask on or not. Don’t work here if you’re not happy, lady.

My boyfriend and I ate way too much a Yard House. But we weren’t done yet! Time for a romantic walk on the boardwalk(a very slow walk) and an ice cream cone over-looking the water. The girls here are super helpful and friendly. My boyfriend makes silly jokes and they humored him! It was $ 9 total for my waffle cone with two scoops and my boyfriend’s regular cone with two scoops. It was fabulous! And what a great little end to our date night. I even managed not to spill any on my dress. My boyfriend’s white shirt was not so lucky(RIP white polo). We will be back!

Horrible service …I think the owners are blind in hiring these rude latin workers… The girl i think name Sue was bragging to the other workers that she spit in a customers smoothie! Owners take notice because this will seriously mess up your business! People sway away from this place at all cost!

Have had their ice cream before and it is always delicious. Staff is attentive and polite. Prices can be just like thirty one flavors but I think its worth it. Trust me, on a hot day you need a tasty cold treat to make your day just a bit better. Plenty of seating near and around the area. Small shop so if you see a line out the day don’t worry, it’s kinda small inside. Use any door to get in, side door stated to use the other door(facing parking) the side door is where you actually order(line begins). Try them out.

I had the single scoop chocolate waffle ice cream. The waffle was stale and disgusting. I expected a little better for $ 5.00.

I’m a fan mostly because of the nostalgia factor. I’ve been coming here since I was a little girl and my dad used to work at the port. It’s in shoreline village, so it’s a nice little stop while you take a stroll along the water. Yeah, it’s overpriced but you’re paying for the location more than anything, and the servers are always friendly.

It’s the best tasting ice cream I ever had! The prices are very good and the customer service is amazing :) Truly a place I recommend getting ice cream at! Stop by there and pick up some ice cream for you and the family: D

Dingy place but it has that«hole in the wall» feel so it was fine. I got a single scoop of mint choc chip in a waffle cone. $ 5& some change. Kinda expensive especially cuz they didn’t really stuff the waffle cone. I had to use a spoon to get to the ice cream. But I would def buy ice cream from there again tho becuz it’s the only place in that little area. Lol Just don’t expect a phenomenal experience when you go here.

Extremely dirty floor always, always out of a certain staple ice cream flavor like chocolate, girl who was scooping ice cream had dark brown teeth. Not the type of cream parlor that should be operating on the shoreline village boardwalk, def needs improvement.

This pink-in-color favorite of Long Beach, is located on the boardwalk, surrounded by ocean-blue. A perfect setting especially for a summer stroll. The counter staff are always pleasant & the crowd, even while waiting in line, polite. It has been voted Long Beach’s favorite, year after year. It boosts 16 flavors of ice cream(soft serve too) or 6 flavors of frozen yogurt, featuring a no sugar added flavor daily. Their blended fruit smoothies with non-fat frozen yogurt, such as papaya paradise and peaches n’ cream, are tasty for leaning-towards-being healthy. They Validate Parking 2 hours for $ 1.00 with purchase. Overall, it is a nice addition to Shoreline Village and family-fun or date-night.

Yummy!!! Stopped by with my girlfriends while they were in town, and I decided to get a banana split with vanilla, chocolate, and strawberry cheesecake ice cream. Was not disappointed, was a huge portion and was sooo good! My girlfriends each got a smoothie and enjoyed theirs as well. Prices were a little high but it kind of comes with the beach experience…

so expensive for a little bit of frozen yogurt. i was expecting a swirl of frozen yogurt at least because of the $ 4 I paid for a tiny cup(they call it «small size») but nooooo. Jessica(worker), she gave me the cup barely filled with frozen yogurt(not even full). I think I can sample more than that in yogurtland!!! just saying ;) not worthed the $ 4 for one«small» cup of frozen yogurt. oh, and by the way, Jessica should change her attitud with customers, especially young customers :)

Overpriced thrifty ice cream with stale waffle cones. I really wanted ice cream while I was walking around shoreline village and chose this shop due to the large variety compared to the shop next door. We got a scoop of black cherry in a chocolate dipped waffle cone and it was OK at best. Two stars because its in a good location and they do free samples.

More like 3.75 stars. It is your basic ice cream yogurt shop. Service is pretty good. Walked in and it was packed but the staff was pretty attentive and kept everyone moving. Ice cream is pretty good, especially on a sunny day. Place is really small with a small counter inside with 4 stools. It is best to to order and then head outside where there are plenty of tables.

I’ve been here a few times and am never disappointed. Basic ice cream shop, mostly an order-to-go type place. Never fails :)

nice small place on the shore line village. Prices are decent. 2 scoops in a cup with caramel topping, nuts and whip cream for $ 5.50 with tax. Now to some people that may sound steep but this location is in the middle of the shoreline village area where tons of families gather, play arcades etc. So the prices are going to be higher then say a ice cream shop located next to a subway.

It’s your basic frozen yogurt in a cone, cup, waffle cone or whatever your little heart fancies. In all honesty, it’s not the best but when it’s hot outside this will due just fine. I do think it’s over priced and especially for the limited flavors, typically I wouldn’t pay $ 4.50 for a waffle cone with a single serving of strawberry foryo, but like I said, it was HOT outside.

I’ve been getting ice cream cones here for many years. It’s always crowded and smells like delicious waffle cones. Their soft serve is yummy and they have an assortment of hard packed ice cream flavors. My favorite are butter pecan, pistachio, rocky road and strawberry. You can’t go wrong with trying something new :)

I live around the corner from here, so I should come more often. tonight I had a lot of work to get done and I was stressing out a little. Suddenly it occurred to me. a banana split is a good idea… a banana split for dinner? YES! When you are a bit stressed, it nice to do something out of the ordinary, like pancakes for dinner or going for a swim in the middle of the day(it is too cold for a swim, but not too cold for frozen yogurt). Shoreline Village is a super cute little shopping/eating/entertainment center. It is connected to Rainbow Harbor and the Aquarium area, you can also walk to PF Changs and Famous Dave’s etc, but this little area has a selection of «carnival like» shops and eateries, this is one of them. It is a tiny little ice cream shop with a good selection of flavors.(not 31) but they do also offer frozen yogurt. I had a classic banana split made with Frozen Yogurt. it was delish… the service was friendly too… there is outdoor seating that has a great view of the marina area and they have a row of bar stool seating inside… if you are looking for a sweet treat with a view — this is the place. 3.5 stars! Sometimes my friends and I can’t agree on anything. On our recent trip to Long Beach I suggested going for chicken and waffles for dinner. Neither of my friends agreed on that. They haggled over whether to go for pizza or Mediterranean food instead. Eventually all three of us went our separate ways for dinner, but we did agree to meet up after dinner. We selected On The Boardwalk, the little ice cream and yogurt shop located at Shoreline Village. It’s exterior is bright pink( ) thus making it very easy to spot even at night. I arrived there first and took the time to study the menu. They serve both Dreyer’s ice creams as well as Dreyer’s Tartisan frozen yogurts. When my two friends eventually arrived I offered to buy dessert. One friend took me up on the offer. Our other friend said he had already had ice cream at the pizza restaurant. There were four frozen yogurt flavors during our visit. They were Original Tart, Chocolate, Peach Tart and Strawberry. You can have your desserts in a cup(three sizes) or a cone. I went with a small Dreyer’s Peach Tart frozen yogurt( ) while my friend elected to have a double scoop of Rocky Road ice cream. There were no fresh fruit toppings for my frozen yogurt, but there were a dozen or so dry toppings. I decided to just have it plain. The frozen yogurt was very smooth, slightly peachy, slightly tart and quite soft. Maybe it was the warm Long Beach air but the yogurt began melting very quickly. Even though my yogurt was served in a small cup it came up big in satisfaction. My friend quietly put away her two scoops of ice cream so I assume she enjoyed it. Our other friend? He disappeared and went for funnel cakes instead.
