My first time at this place. The place was clean and the staff was pleasant. I ordered the regular pastrami and I thought their pastrami was much better than subways. Their bread was fresh and the whole experience was positive.

We are jersey mikes fans and have been to several locations. This one was excellent ! Ordered the cheesesteak and it was cooked perfect with fresh bread.

Called to place an order at work had an employee place the phone on the counter, forget about me for about 5 mins. I heard 2 other orders placed while the phone was on the counter from the other phone ringing and a female answering, the male who initially answered then picks up the phone says he’s sorry can he help me… no I’m sorry after what you just did to me and you want my money still?

wished they looked out for their customers. i had to wait longer than usual not knowing my sandwich was sitting on a rack. i was thinking this should not take this long. the only reason i went up was because this guy was complaining about a phone order not being recognized in their system. suspecting bad service my sandwich i saw was picked up after i stood next to the counter to check whats going on and sure enough none of the four employees was not ensuring orders are being sent out or calling the order out. 3 stars for food only. no stars for customer service. if you dont mind mediocre service but want jersey mikes awesome subs then come to this one.

Ate at Jersey Mike’s today for lunch and it was fantastic!!! I got the chicken bacon ranch cheesesteak and it was amazing! The bread was so fresh and the french fries were a great option! Staff was so friendly and continually apologized for the wait that didn’t really exist. Clean, friendly, tasty, and reasonable priced

Late breakfast, perhaps brunch at Jersey Mikes. I am the only one in the shop and they greet me with a smile. Order the Turkey Provolone Mikes way, regular size @ a price of 7.99, add chips and small drink and out the door for 10.22. Choice of any seat in the house I sit next to the window to enjoy the courtyard view. Open sandwich wrapper take bite and determine that Mikes way means drench the sandwich with oil and vinegar. The bread was soggy and had to be tossed. The rest of the contents in the sandwich were fresh and flavorful but the overload of oil and vinegar bring the review down to 3 stars. Restaurant is clean and has plenty of seats if you choose to dine in.

I get there at opening time, the main door is locked and I’m directed to the side door. Mind you, I have a boot on my foot, so this is an inconvenience. I get inside and place my order, only to be told that the bread isn’t ready! It takes quite a while! WTF!!! Alrighty then… sandwich shop with no bread… got it!!! Deuces!

Overpriced is the first thing that comes to mind after eating here. Ordered a #42(Chipotle Chicken) as a wrap aka tortilla as your bread and a 2 dollar bag of chips(Mrs. Vicki’s Jalapeño). If there was chipotle in there I wouldn’t know it, good thing for sriracha. Didn’t like that I wasn’t offered additional toppings(lettuce, tomato, etc). Sandwich/wrap was a little bigger than the size of my fist. Flavor was meh, the cheese to meat to onions/peppers ratio was waaaay off. More like a grilled cheese. I think there were 5 maybe 6 chips in my bag. I don’t feel like this place is a good value. Considering I spent about the same at Subway yesterday and had 3 times as much food. Steak Escape or Charley’s does a better«cheesesteak». Though John’s Philly Grille is the better.

This was the worst customer service I’ve received in a while. The girls were extremely rude and didn’t listen, putting whatever on the sandwich and salad. She was more interested in getting us done so she could check her cell phone in the corner. Even asking the lady that let us go before her, «you ready yet» & forgot to make her Turkey Burger for 20 minutes anyway. Jimmy Johns around the corner is a much better customer experience with great service.

Ok. For those of you that read my reviews you know that I try to be fair. Just listen to this story It is the day after Labor Day and I received a promo from Jersey Mikes which is only good for 6 days. So I print out a copy and notice the fine print that it only is valid at the World Trade Center store. So I check Unilocal to make sure what time they open and it is listed as 7:00AM. I get in my car, drive down to the Hilton hotel and enter the controlled parking lot, walk up to the establishments door and found that it was still locked with employees inside. Mind you this is 9:30 in the morning!!! To make things worse there is no sign stating something like«We are closed the day after Labor Day to perform goods and services that you could and should be getting in order to serve our customers better in the future … However we don’t know when this will occur as you noticed that we are currently closed … And it is a day after the holiday« What I see and what I get is nothing. And to make things worse … With this check in I became the duke of this place. Well at least xtina did not come along on this adventure. So the brighter side is that they saved me the money I could have spent on her. Yikes !!! What a place

4 words: It’s not that good. Definitely not worth the cost. Lots of bread. It’s basically a bread sandwich with a little bit of meat. The fries and drink were the best thing about my meal and that’s saying something. It can get pretty crazy during lunch. If you’re hankering for a mouth and belly full of bland bread, then go for it.

Surprising, it was really good! I didn’t know what to expect going in, but in the end it was just as good as any sub I would have gotten back home. I know this place is originally from the state I currently call home, but I have never had the pleasure of visiting one back east. I had the roastbeef mini. Good stuff! #nicework #welldone

Can’t expect anything more or less from a Jersey Mike’s. My ONLY complaint is when they have new people running the assembly line. It takes them forever sometimes. Also, there’s not really any reason to order pick-up. Their set up doesn’t really make things efficient. Other than that, the sandwiches are good. Ask for«less juice» so they don’t douse your sandwich into a pool of vinegar and oil.

Quite possibly the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered at a fast food restaurant. The employees refused to acknowledge my presence for over 5 minutes and were running around like chickens with their heads cut off. The older mexican grill cook gave me a couple of dirty looks and barked orders at the kid running the counter. Myself and three other customer had no clue what was going on. If I were the owner I’d retrain and re staff because Jimmy Johns down the street had friendly welcoming service.

Came here on my lunch break today, and wow. received the worst service ever! The cashier had the worst attitude, as well as(I think it was?) the owner who was extremely arrogant. they basically look at you like what do want and what are you doing here. Your prices and food aren’t all that great to put up with such crap service. ZERO stars. Don’t go to this location unless you’re desperate. Subway all the way errdayy

Sandwiches are usually great but the customer service sucks. I’ve been here many times before and I love the food but this girl/woman who I’m assuming is the supervisor is just plain rude. Today there was this poor guy obviously new, very nice and polite. The kind of guy you would want to take care of you. He by the way did a great job, he made our sandwiches fast and tried to make small talk. He’s from Ohio. The whole time she just stares at him as she’s doing nothing by the register making ugly faces. Shortly after it got busy there was a line and instead of helping the poor new guy she just stares at him the whole time making faces. What a horrible way to train someone don’t you think? Plus what about the customers if you’re obviously not doing anything but staring at this guy, why couldn’t she help to get the clients out faster? I frequent the jersey mikes in west hollywood and when they have a long line they all work together to try to get the customers out faster. It’s called customer service. I feel sorry for the guy having to work with both of these women.

This is one of my most favorite sandwich shops. I’m a huge fan because the quality and service are very consistent. I’m a bit boring when it comes to choosing a selection as I always get a mini #7 or if the wifey is with me, we’ll share a regular. I find that the mini is the perfect amount since I usually have leftovers if I try to consume the regular alone. If it’s your first time, be sure to mention this to the cashier which entitles you to a free cookie. For this reason I’ve brought many friends and family with the agreement that I get at least to half of the cookie lol

Co-worker made a phone order for a wrap, two sub in a tubs, and a sandwich. I had the roast beef sub in a tub(pick any cold sub and instead of bread it will be replaced with lettuce). Lettuce, tomato, onions, provolone cheese. sounds easy right? The roast beef lacked flavor so they decided to pour half a container of herb spices(tasted like rosemary) on top of the salad. For salad’s to-go, it should be automatic that the dressing goes on the side. By the time the salad got back to the office, it was half soggy already so the lettuce wasn’t as crisp. The flavors just weren’t there. A co-worker had a chicken cesar wrap and said it wasn’t good, pretty much all lettuce and barely any chicken. Another co-worker ordered a salad and it was BARELY halfway filled. Orders are not consistent.
