Joe Lopez Jr – State Farm Insurance Agent

I met Joe at sports bar during a Lakers playoff game a few years back. The bar was pack and there wasn’t a seat in sight. He and his buddy welcomed me at their table and we shared beer, cheers and a good time. A few months later when I was shopping for renter’s insurance I gave him a call. He quickly put me into a solid renter’s policy and a better vehicle policy than I had a before. Over the next several years he and his daughter Jody worked with me whenever I had a life change — new jobs, new city and new cars. They’re great, very flexible and will work to keep you covered even through rough patches, which we all had to one extent or the other during the recession. Joe and Jody always had my back. I really appreciate that, especially when it comes to something as important as personal insurance.

I just went through the claim process after having my vehicle stolen. Joe has been my agent for several years. He has helped me with an auto accident as well as the recent theft. I couldn’t be happier with his service and level of compassion. He truly was concerned about me and helped me get through a tough time and loss. I will recommend Joe Lopez to all my friends and family. Thank you Joe!

Joe Lopez was the worst agent ever! We bought a house 2 years ago and signed up for homeowners, earthquake, and business insurance through State Farms/​Joe Lopez. A few months in to our policy, we had questions about our impound accout and Joe told us to leave and find a new agent because he didnt like us answering questions. I filed a complaint against him but we kept our insurance there. We were busy at the time and didnt have time to deal with it. We have a personal articles policy for our business equip that we are always having to update. We always email the new info over and the policy has not been updated correctly at LEAST a dozen times. They plain just do not do their job over there. We left about a month ago and moved to farmers. If you do go with State Farms, do not use this agent! He is rude and doesnt even do his job!
