I have used drive thru here several times and have zero complaints on wait time, service, and quality of food.

I, along with my sister and her friend, got food poisoning here a while back. Haven’t gone back ever since or plan on doing so. The service at this location in particular is bad, and the drive thru is a mess.

This KFC is extremely slow and under staffed. I have gone thru the drive thru and inside. Both take the same amount of time… about 10minutes wait time. When I went inside, I waited for probably 2 minutes before someone said anything to me and helped me. It also has a weird drive thru window(passenger side). So if you don’t have a passenger you will have to unbuckle and climb across the passenger seat. I would NOT call this a FAST-FOOD joint. Just be prepared.

I had to drive up around the back to get to the drive through. They send you through a zig-zag pattern to finally arrive to the order screen. I had seen the $ 5.00 fills at KFC-that’s the cheapest I have ever seen KFC sell anything-whaaat? Guess what-the window to pay and get your food is on the passenger side-geez I had my dog Bacon with me, and guess who was sitting on the passenger seat??? So I had to stretch my whole body over to the passenger side to pay-then I asked for 1 order. no gravy on the mash potatoes-get to the the window guy going over the wrong order-huh? Nobody in front or behind me-what is going on here??? After I pay-he kinda swings the bag with my chicken tenders into the car. Meanwhile, my dog is smelling the chicken-I’ve got both windows rolled down, somebody rolls up to the passenger side and«axes» me for a quarter. Damn-never going back to this KFC-can we say«Hot mess»!

I receive email coupons from your company periodically. I love KFC and have been since 1970. But the other day I received one for what I thought was a great offer. It was a 2 for 1 Boneless Combo. It looks delicious, and at a great price. I went to the closest KFC near me(2.1 miles) to purchase it. When I walked in(I was going to make additional purchases) I was told by the worker and the manager that they don’t have boneless chicken at that location. I asked if I could get bone in instead. They said no(company policy). I was really upset that they not only did not sell boneless chicken, but that as a customer, could not get a substitute to meet my needs. This is absurd. I was going to make additional purchases, now I will not visit ANYKFCEVERAGAIN. Why would you send me coupons for items not available in my area? I will not drive more than 2 miles to eat any fast food. That is not only inconvenient, but also not cost effective. The way I look at it is simple. You owe me either 2 Boneless Combos for FREE, $ 4.00 in gas spent to get there and come back home. The time I wasted will never be returned back. I feel cheated by your company. Am I supposed to get on the phone, and call each and every KFC within 20 miles of me just to check if they have a particular item or not? I thought I was the customer? Now I have to work for you. I don’t think so. Never again!
