Came here for my first trimester NT ultrasound. The staff was really nice and the office was really clean. I had a 8:30am appointment and I was in and out of there in 15 minutes.
Word of advice for first time pregnancies: try not to empty your bladder right before your ultrasound. I didn’t know and went to the bathroom right before and the specialist said a full bladder helps move the fetus if they have to when doing the ultrasound. It’s no biggy if you really HAVE to go, but I guess it just helps if your fetus doesn’t feel like cooperating when they try to move it around.

I came to Magella based on Unilocal reviews and I am so glad that I did.
First the receptionist (Zenia) was so helpful in guiding me on how to transfer over from my previous doctor. (Had to switch offices, that’s another story) anywho the receptionist was very sweet very informative and patient with me, already I can tell I’m going to like this place.
Came to my appt arrived 15 mins early as instructed to fill out new paper work I was greeted very promptly and helped immediately.
Once I turned in my paperwork I was called in within 15 minutes or less
The office itself is very clean and has this busy feel to it but I assure you when you meet with your doctor they listen to you and take the time to answer any questions you may have and do not make you feel rushed.
I’d also like to mention Laura helped me with my disability claim. I filled out the claim online and sent her the info in an email and she was so sweet so helpful made the experience a complete breeze. Thank you again Laura
All in all I would definitely come back and recommend this office to any soon to be mommies.

I’ve been very happy with my experiences for the last 7 months with this group. Dr. McNulty and NP Danielle as well as the regular people that you deal with every time you go in.

I had a difficult pregnancy this last time. My favorite part (besides feeling my daughter kicking of course) was this office. Danielle the Nurse Practitioner and Dr. Nageotte made my pregnancy a dream and they did everything they could to make my very unwanted c-​section as close to natural child birth as they could, including requesting a nurse who helped me to be able to do skin to skin and nurse my baby within moments of her being born.
I NEVER EVER had to wait for an appointment and every person who works in that office is friendly and polite. They all seem to love the patients and their jobs.
If I ever get pregnant again, I know EXACTLY which OB office I am going to go with.

Nurse manager Laura and genetic counselor Caren are just delightful. My fiancé even said he loved how «family» everyone is! I’m speechless with all aspects of the customer service here; from the call center to the nurses to the receptionists, everyone! Just amazing! Thank you Magella Long Beach!

I waited until my 3^rd visit to review to make sure they were consistent… and YES! All of the staff here are professional and friendly. The center is clean yet inviting. I don’t know if medical insurance allows you to choose your ultrasound/​GC location. But if so, you can’t go wrong with Magella Long Beach. Unfortunately, the Torrance location appears to have several negative reviews, so make sure it’s Magella LONG BEACH.
