It was one of those morning where every Micky D’s I passed by was totally packed with no parking available. This one happened to be on the way on my shortcut through all of the freeway traffic…
Here’s what liked…
* New-​ish remodel.
* Nothing else comes to mind.
Here’s what I didn’t like…
* Stood in line for a while and wasn’t acknowledged. Two people kept passing by who appeared really busy. They just kept doing their thing without saying a word until they were ready to be a the register.
* Some things make me wonder if I should be checking if my stuff is safe in my truck. This is what I noticed… a few people that looked like they had no place to go and sleeping at the tables. A sign indicating 30 minute maximum time allowed in the restaurant. Token are required for the restroom. There’s this aura of misery in the air. Hmm… ding! ding! ding! Maybe there’s a reason the lot is empty compared to other nearby restaurants and I should keep an eye on my truck? ha ha ha…
Food = as expected
Seating area = clean. looks newly/​new-​ish remodeled.
Service = poor
Restroom = clean

Went to drive-​thru, got the wrong food (my $ 7 food become $ 15+), went back to return it (tried to be a good guy), had my food back right. but, Not even a single sorry was given. I’m like a ghost when they gave the food to me. Not being a b*** but c’mon at least say sorry for giving you the wrong food.

If I could I wouldn’t even give them one star!
Very Bad customer service, drive thur is horrible either they forget something or have you waiting almost 30mins.
Fries are almost always old and nasty as if they been sitting for a while. So don’t forget always check your order twice because they always add what you tell them not to add.

I usually don’t write bad reviews, the food and the customer service had to be really bad for me to do so. Well if I could give this place no stars I would. The worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Looking in the drive thru window, the gal that took my cash in the first window also ran to the last window to get my food. The ice machine was broken so she scooped from one ice machine to the other and the manager or shift lead was just walking around like a dodo head not helping or resolving the issue. The poor girl running back and forth from one end to the other while the cars are piling up behind me. what could have taken 5 minutes took about 15. I ordered a 4pc chicken happy and mcchicken sandwich combo. Both came with stale and disgusting fries. Even got an extra small fries with more small pieces of hard old fries. The chicken in both were dried out. The only thing good was the bag of apple slices. Never ever coming here again. By reading all the similar reviews, maybe this place should close down.

I hate this location. They take forever and make us wait in the stupid reserve area like an idiot. The guy walk out and hand us food. When we asked for ketchup, he said they’re completely all out of it. I think he’s just lazy to walk back in to get us some. Never ordering food from here again!

Drive thru window person (money taker/​food giver) was cool. He was a little timid but polite. He doubled checked my order before putting the bag in my hands (Tonus like!!!). Food was hot and fresh so no complaints from me tonight. I’m still giving this place 2 stars for past disappointments that still haunt me every time I come here. Will consider giving more stars if service continues to be above par.

I asked for many things and payed for it, and didn’t get it. I had ordered extra sauce and I payed for it, they didn’t give it to me. I asked for extra fudge in my sundae and I asked them «was this extra?» they said yes, but it wasn’t I also payed for extra fudge. I didn’t get ketchup or napkins. I had a huge order of fries. Did I need to ask for ketchup? So I went back in and they gave me 3 packs of kepchup.
