McDonald’s

I been in the drive through line for 15 minutes waiting for breakfast. When I get to the order speaker they switched the menu sign from breakfast to lunch so I can’t get the sand which I want any more. Since their breakfast all day is really only 2 sandwiches it’s kinda Bullshit. And their stupid automatic recording when you pull up says «would you like to try our delux breakfast today» when they don’t offer it is really stupid as well. And the worst part is now I’m stuck in the line and can’t get out and I can’t order what I want to eat. I mean they could at least have someone come out and take all the orders in the line like they do at other places.

Expensive long wait and then food not ready so more waiting in the lot. 5 or 6 more minutes on top of the line. I did speak to the manager and she was very friendly at least. These big chains are so bad anymore. But it doesn’t matter. There are 10 cars still behind me.

Every time I go there all I want is a got daam parfait and the little ricer boy at the window, I think his name is Ramiro says they are all out, step your parfait game up or I will no longer come back!!!

Slowest McD’s I’ve ever been to. Waited over 10 minutes in drive up for a kids meal. Got home, no toy, fries cold and hard as a rock. Requested no ketchup and onions, but it must have been a real challenge because they failed to make it right. Can’t believe they expect to be paid $ 15 an hour, and can’t even get a kids meal right. Owner just doesn’t care.

This location gives «the brand» a bad name. Poor management. You would think for as long as they have you wait for your order they would at the very least get it correct. Don’t bother ordering large fries because you’re gonna get a medium amount, if you’re lucky. Just all bad!

95% of the time this mc. donalds gets my order wrong, I get the same thing all the time 3 double hamburgers plain, chicken nugget happy meal large fries, lol bt this is what I get 3 single burgers, medium Fries in a large box happy meal with 5 huggers sometimes 4 when it’s supposed to be 6 chicken nugget nd the meal is always rubbery fries looks redipped. I now every time ask for every thing I order fresh nd I chk my order at the ww. I will not move to the side when they ask. oh well.

I gave this McDonalds too many chances since i live really close to it. I’m done. Lol.

Love there food. always hot and great customer service by Mgmt & employee’s.. open late at night too!

By far one of the slowest wait times I’ve ever had in McDonalds. by the time I sat down and got my food it was cold. Who likes to eat a cold cheeseburger not me. So this place definitely is lacking staff training and customer service skills. Don’t come here. Not recommended if you’re in a hurry and enjoy cold food. and they offer wifi but they have no power outlets for your electronic devices, sucks big time.

I see no reason to put that burnt ass piece of bacon on my sandwich.
They all need to be retrained.

Went through drive thru and when I got home my order was not complete. Make sure you check your order before you leave. No one really wants to drive back to get their complete order that should’ve been done correctly the first time.

Come here consistently before going to work and they have a habit of adding too much salt onto their fries.

I have to give drive thru some glory today. Me and my family have been coming here for the past 4 years and today they got our order right without me having to tell them something was missing. Good job McDonalds!!! You get 3 stars today.

Nate was awesome! He helped me out so kindly and quick. The staff seem friendly and very productive in their work. Seems clean and well taken cate of. Staff greet you as you walk in, talk about awesome customer service! I would definitely come to this location in hopes of being helped by Nate again. Great guy, easy on the eyes too ;)

The reason for this review is because it was pretty dirty. The table my daughter chose to eat at was dirty. They had no ketchup at the self serve area. @ the end of our meal we went to the trash can and it was super full. I mean I dont think that it just filled up within the 1hr we were there it was slow. We were the only ones eating. There was a young’n charging her phone and that’s it.
I thought that was pretty nasty bad image. We enjoyed our din watch the Mc donalds tv and stayed cool while my apt was mucho Caliente.
I like This place the ppl are Nice for the most part.
Although the drive thru Is beyond
SLOW! just like the other one atlantic and artesia.
unfortunately this is one of the two mc donalds in our area so i dont have much of a choice.
i dont understand why the drive thru is so slow. Always long lines. kinda sad

This has got to be one of the worst McDonald’s ever. No surprise given it’s location but come on! Try and get my order right!

I love mcds but the service sucks here. The employees are rude and take too long to prepare your order.

HORRIBLE!!! they completely fucked up our order! so we waited another 10 min for them to make 2 large fries & a cheeseburger. then she gives US attitude when we ask where our drink is. if i could give them NO star, i would. this experience was beyond ridiculous

It has a play place, N64s inside and is open late. They make their iced coffees strong in the morning and I haven’t had any trouble with the service here. That’s all I can really say about this McDs. It is corporate afterall.
