Ordered my sandwich via Subway App, got it all ready and yummy upon arrival. All in 15 min timeframe :))). I must say that my first Subway app order experience was smooth and pleasant at this location. Surely will come back for more yummy subs!

The last time I went here the cashier was extremely rude when I tried to take advantage of one of their promotions. She made it as if I didn’t have the deal correct when in fact I did. I sent an email to the corporate and never received a follow up from the owner. I worked at a subway years ago and complaints are supposed to be followed up. If I am spending my hard earned money I expect kind service and I did not receive it here. I have never been back since, I order my subs at the subway near atresia and cherry where the employees have a focus on customer service.

I’m not one to believe every bad review. I like to see things for myself. I am not surprised about negative reviews as I have witnessed first hand that they are true after my experience here today. From the moment I walked in I felt unwanted. My server didn’t smile and acted as if I was keeping her from something more important. She just threw the items on the bread and seemed to be annoyed that I wanted the sandwiches toasted. It’s seems like that type of behavior is accepted there. Shame on her and shame on Subway for keeping her employed there. She should not be in a position where she deals with the public. I’m a big tipper when warranted but I didn’t leave her a penny. Even her co-worker treated the other customers badly. One day I will give them another chance but it won’t be anytime soon. I’m tempted to call the Area Supervisor and report them.

This location has been decent to me. I can’t say I’ve gotten bad service here. Actually, there was a short Hispanic girl with dyed blonde hair who used to work here who was mad friendly and made a mean tuna sandwich. I haven’t seen her at all this year so I think she’s gone. Bummer. The people there now are alright, not the most enthused, but they make my sandwich legit and that’s what counts. I say a 3.5 and because that chick was so awesome I rounded it to a 4.

Yeah, I never get a smile from anyone in there. I drive to the other location: 3713 E South St, Long Beach, CA90805. They are very nice and helpful there.

If you want your subway sandwich served with a side of RUDENESS, then I welcome you to feast amongst the uncaring, potty-mouthed, no eye-contact giving«sandwich artists». I have never had a negative experience at a Subway, until I came here. It was interesting to note that the gentlemen customer was greeted but not a female(me) while entering the facility. I brushed that off thinking it was a silly thought of mine. Secondly, a customer tried to help out this business by nicely returning change from their machine because it gave him too much. He was kindly suggesting that they check their change machine. The abrupt and insensitive response that followed: «That machine doesn’t make errors!» WOW! I put that incident to the side. Finally, the person making my sandwich did NOT give me any eye contact, not even when he rudely dug through my spinach to find a sliver of a bell pepper because I asked for more bell peppers. At that point, I contemplated walking out of the facility. I vow never to enter this particular Subway.

I love Subway and can eat their fine inexpensive sandwiches almost every day, however let me tell you about my horrible experience at this particular franchise. Never have I had anyone make such a skimpy sandwich out of already cheap vegetables. I doubt that they even wash their vegetables. I went with a couple of coworkers today and the tuna made us sick. It’s a good thing I didn’t finish the whole sandwich because I might just be in the hospital right now. So yeah, beware.

I worked at this subway for about two months. They only promote Indian workers to become managers, they violate health & safety laws such as food temperature and proper time & date markings and employee rights such as breaks and overtime pay, they encourage employees to give far less than the standard subway veggie and meat portions unless you ask for«extra,» and they also encouraged us to slip extra charges into the customer’s bill, such as a bag of chips or a soda.(If they came back we were told to refund it and admit it as our own mistake, but only about half of the people ever did this which resulted in the owner making a huge profit off of them.) In short, if you go to this subway and buy a sandwich, not only will it be of poor quality but you will also be supporting a corrupt business in the process.
