I’m between a 4 and 5 stars. 5 stars for the doctors! Both sisters are so honest and will not try to up sell you on unneeded procedures which is rare in this profession. I’m still not sure which doctor is which but as a previous reviewer mentioned, one is a lot gentler with tooth cleanings. The office décor needs some updating but I don’t go there for the ambiance but for the professional advice and services.
The one downside with this business is one of the girls at the front desk. She does not smile or even greet you when you walk in and is rude over the phone. She kind of ruins my experience there sometimes ;(

The worst service i ever been to. I give this place a ZERO! The young lady at the front and the MANAGER WERE BOTH EXTREMELY RUDE! First the manager yelled at me and tried to get into shouting match with me when mention i when i called to make an appointment and asked about pricing the lady on the phone didn’t mention it would cost more to clean the teeth. The lady was very unpleasant with a smirk on her face when i asked her a question. This place is a ZERO! Best to go look somewhere else! Don’t waste your time! These people that ate writing positive reviews are friends and family. Better off taking business elsewhere.

If your making an appointment, expect to wait an extra 30 minutes. Happens every time.

The Dentist here really care for each patient. They are very gentle, patient and honest. Their office is extremely clean and professional. If your a scary cat go with Dr. PT however all the dentist are great.

I would say this place is decent, they finished cleaning my teeth, and did a pretty good job, but one of the lady who cleaned my teeth didnt really tell me much about my teeth, and the lady who works in the front desk had an attitude. I will recommened this place only if you will put up with stuck up workers. LOL

My parents and I have been going to this dental office for the past 20+ years! We have been very happy with their service and never had a problem so we always keep coming back.
The 2 main dentists are sisters: Phuong Trinh and Phuong Thao. A little bit of advice, if you can’t really handle pain and have sensitive teeth, I would suggest you recommend Thao because Trinh does your teeth cleaning with a little more.power. I can feel my teeth being very clean and roots a little swollen from all the cleaning and prodding after Trinh works on my teeth but Thao does it in with more ease and a soft touch. When I was younger, I would always want Thao to clean my teeth but now, I can handle a little more pain so I don’t mind if Trinh cleans my teeth. Both dentists are great!
The staff are all very friendly, too. They speak Eng, Viet, and Cambodian. If you don’t have insurance, I believe it’s $ 50 for basic teeth cleaning. Make an appointment so you don’t have to wait that long.

I’ve been coming to this dentist for a while. Always leave happy with my results. The 2 doctors are sisters and they are great. I only want the sisters taking care of my teeth because they always give me their honest opinion and i don’t feel like I’m getting ripped off. I’ve had gotten all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed here and they did an amazing job. I trust their advice when it comes to teeth. They have had this business for years and they definitely know what they are doing. Call and ask if they take your insurance you won’t be disappointed.
