McDonald’s

This McDonald’s is so clean but everything else sucks! Sorry I work at another one and the one I work at had great workers we are willing to happy or customers happy anything our customers want we’ll do our best to give it to them but this McDonald’s if you try to substitute something for something else they always tell you know we can’t do it. yes you can you just don’t want to do it.

Your probably wonder what I have to say new about McDonald’s but, how many do you know that sells their ice? Can’t beat these small little uniform cubes. Love it! They fill the 10 pd. bag to the brim for only 1.99!

I mean. it’s McDonlad’s…nothing awful and nothing great
BUT
just ordered large fries through the drive through and I really should have ordered a small because the amount of fries they gave me didnt even peek out the top of the little indent-​y thing. I don’t mean the highest point on the fry… container (the back), I mean the front where it dips it.
no…there are not stray fries in my paper bag…

I feel bad because nobody ever leaves a review for McDonald’s except when the service is terrible. I just want to say, thanks for being the best Mickey D’s in like a 5mile radius. I live like literally next door to the one by Jordan High but it’s so terrible, I’d rather drive to this one. The breakfast burritos are the bomb and always a good size, proportional to the prices. There’s always at least one or two people on the register, polite, food comes out quickly and hot.
Although, I did try those new chorizo bowls and they were kinda gross. Although I don’t think this is directly your fault.
Keep it up, guys.

Awesome service today, my order was served in my table no need to wait up for your order to be called and get up and pick it up at the counter. Clean area and punctual clean up!

This is probably the THIRD time this specific McDonald’s has messed up my order, and made me waste my money.
Tonight, I went to the drive-​thru. I’m very sick, and all I was craving for was a juicy Big Mac. But did I get one? No.
When I came home and got settled in, I open up the Big Mac box, and what do I see? A Big Mac with just the bun and patty: no Big Mac sauce, no lettuce, no tomatoes, and no pickles. It was nothing but an ugly, dry, bun and patty. Really?
I had my boyfriend call them and the person on the other end told us to come back and they would give us another one. But we were not going to waste our time and gas to get something that we should’ve already had.
Thanks to that, our appetites (my boyfriend and mine) have been ruined and we didn’t enjoy our meal.
I had to make a Unilocal account just to write this negative review. Thanks McDonald’s. Please have your drive-​thru workers get their shit together and DOUBLE-​CHECK the damn orders.

This must be the 1^st place I had ever seen Teens on the floor shooting craps for Money and The people working there acted as if it were not happening. Also a bunch of street people sit on the seats and stair at you! i have not been back in awhile. SCARY PLACE!!!

They burn their fish sandwiches ALL the time. This last one was so bad I called the Corporate office. They didn’t seem to care either. Been going on here for 4 years now. Better to go to the one at

At least they know how to cook. The other one leaves their fish sandwiches up there for hours and sells therm to whomever comes in that day to order a fish sandwich. Yuck!

This place stinks and I’ve given it a bad reputation. I don’t know what they’re going for but serving customers while they sit and wait does not make anything better in fact it’s worse. They mix up to go and eat in orders and on a wild goose chase looking for a eat in number thats to go and vice versa. Today 11÷22÷15 I ordered «hot oatmeal» to eat in and waited 20 minutes. Turns out it was to go so no one bothered to check the tables for the number and even after saying sorry they didn’t even bother to check if my oatmeal was hot which was not. If there were negatives I’d give negative five stars.

Very annoying staff here… between the Asian girl screaming in a very sharp eardrum piercing tone… to the young cashier girl who over complicates customers orders to the point it is rang up wrong… and the poor guy who gives out 97 cent worth of pennies and nickles instead of getting proper change. These folks are a joke.

If I could give zero stars I would. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Some of their workers need some work on being respectful and nice especially their crew member named MARCELINA. She’s got the worst attitude and very very rude. I don’t know why she hasn’t been fired yet when she doesn’t even know the basics of customer service. If you could go to another Mcdonalds branch, please do so.

This place does large volumes of business throughout the day. Morning drive-​thru lines can run 6 – 10 cars deep. It is close to schools and major freeways. So you can see the rush. They try to get you in and out as quickly as possible. Food here is standard much like the rest of the chain.

This McDonald’s location needs a lot of work! Over many times coming here, there always seems to be a problem. The biggest problem is the wait time at the drive-​thru! For some odd reason, during every visit at this McDonald’s location, the drive-​thru wait times are prolonged. I’ve also eaten inside and it is horrendous. Upon initial entrance, there were so many spoiled tables and no workers in sight who were cleaning them off. The inside ordering seems to be way faster than drive-​thru. Overall, a not so stellar McDonald’s, needs a lot of work here!

It takes a long time to get ur order of large fries and sweet tea… Then when I asked for a refill… They said they don’t do refill for sweet tea… Dang… The owner is soooo cheap… Needless to say… I’m not going bk to this location ever again.

This location need better workers with a positive attitude. A more welcoming atmosphere.

I’m not a mc donalds person. I actually hate going to any of them for their horrible service, but this one is a trip I’ve never walked into one where they welcome you upon arrival. I haven’t had a bad experience so I can’t speak on how they would handle the situation but walking into this one you have to know that this must be one of the franchise locations that’s the only way to explain it.

I don’t know. Have no idea what folks expect from McDonald’s. It’s a clean cheap fast joint with okay food (Though? the fresh fries are bomb).It’s not Chez Donalds with white linen on tables.
Maybe I have low standards but I expect a «safe» quiet well lit place in the wee hours of the morn to study and have a simple 3 pancake breakfast with small coffee in peace. I get this from this location. Its one of the reasons why I leave Long Beach to come to this location for study time or when I have to move my car due to street cleaning. Also, I like to keep my stress level down. My expanding waist (eating pancakes at 4 am… crazy girl) and the occasional drama of passing a test is enough. At some of the Long Beach locations (after midnight), I feel like I have to keep one eye on my textbooks and the other on the door (crackies, potheads, crays-​crays etc). Modern girl here, the cave man days of eat and dash are over.
Anyway, Good place to study in the early am. Well lit interior and comfortable seating. Wifi .but no plugs. wth? (Well played McDonalds. Touché! *gives low bow* I accept the fact that you are not Starbucks/​Barnes and Noble — I will not overstay my welcome. 2 hrs max or whenever my computer/​touch runs out of power.) Oh and there are 2 characters — A wheelchair old guy and another who mutters to himself. It’s all good. The staff are pretty nice. Definitely not like the LB Dennys staff with the how-​dare-​you-​come into-​my-​house-​to-​buy-​food (at 3am in the morning) attitude.

I’m a McDonald’s lover and I normally wouldn’t leave a review for one, but this one deserves it. The people working here are pretty cool. I usually get sweet tea with whatever combo I order, but some locations are petty and will charge you for the large sweet tea on a medium combo, even though you can get it by itself for just a dollar. I usually just let it go because it’s not a big deal, but this place hooked it up! I was pleasantly surprised.
5 stars for service. This is my favorite McDonalds to hit up. They also have a 24 hour drive thru and dine in!

Most of the people working here are cool, but there are a couple who could be nicer. Nonetheless, there are always flies flying around. They’re annoying when you’re trying to relax.
Bums come in here frequently to ask for money, stare at people and use the bathroom. One guy with his fly down asked a family of four for money until he got it, today. I wish I didn’t see that spectacle.
Another homeless-​looking guy stood around with his pants halfway down for awhile. I offered to give him a belt, then I noticed he had one and he just had it around his underwear and not through his belt loops. I told him I was going to keep my belt and he should use his correctly.
Most of the people in here are grossly overweight. Quite a few smell disgusting.
They do have coffee for under a buck and free refills with free wifi and a free restroom for customers. That’s why I didn’t give them zero stars. Thanks, but please clean up the place a bit. I really don’t want to buy Kit Kats from the homeless-​looking kid who keeps coming in here. This isn’t Tijuana.

Today I completed most of my census block and needed to eat somewhere close, as I didn’t really need an hour for lunch. This McD’s was just a couple blocks away and close to my next block, so I figured «da-​da-​da-​dit-​da»…
I had the #13; southern style chicken sandwich, medium, for here. Unlike a certain Carl’s Jr. in Westminster (see review), the crew here knew the drill and did their job correctly.
Here’s what got my goat…
«Southern style chicken» just looks to be your standard McD’s chicken patty, just like the one’s I used to cook up almost 20 years ago. Seriously, you’re calling a chicken patty, two pickles and a plain bun a sandwich? Gimme a fucking break, at least put like four or five pickles on it, cheap-​ass bastards.
Oh, and I’ve noticed most McD’s in «economically depressed» areas now have quotas listed for ketchup or sauces; this particular location limits drink refills to TWO per visit. Hey, I’m a government employee, walking in the hot sun and I need my Poweraide (b/​c you’ll never have Mountain Dew) to get my electrolytes balanced, plus I’m thirsty as fuck.
I’ll give them this, near end of lunch rush and it only took ‘em about four or five minutes for my order, and a scant $ 5.89 wasn’t that bad, but that sandwich was really lacking.
