I’ve had nothing but good experiences here.
I am an Invisalign patient and have been for a long time, including with another orthodontist prior to moving to California. Dr. Nashed treats me like he cares personally. His staff is friendly and responsive to my calls and emails.
I like to provide fair Unilocal reviews, and in doing so, only stop from providing Dr. Nashed five stars because, I mean, the office isn’t perfect. The waiting area is a little small, though parking — which is occasionally a premium in Long Beach — is ample. I guess the office could be more modern.
Overall, this is a just a good, caring, dental office. Could it be shinier, sleeker, and more chic? I suppose. But, I don’t plan on changing my provider anytime soon, and that’s about as good an indication of my satisfaction as I can think of. Recommended!

Dr. Nashed is an excellent orthodontist! I am amazed at the results of my sons teeth. He takes the time to explain in detail the treatment plan. His office staff is very professional and helpful. We drive 45 minutes to his office and it is well worth the drive, I won’t trust any other orthodontist with my children’s teeth.

I’ve been here twice, as I wanted to give this provider the benefit of the doubt.
The amount of time you spend waiting is unacceptable. The first time it happened, I thought «maybe it’s just a busy day.» When we went last week, I waited OVER AN HOUR before we were seen. Mind you, I have a toddler. Waiting is NOT fun when you have a 2 year old.
The waiting room was packed to the brim. The toys were OK but some were broken, like a stool (pending lawsuit anyone?).
The person who was supposed to clean her teeth did not speak English. I am not exaggerating. We spoke though gestures. And she didn’t clean her teeth because, you guessed it, a two year old does not bode well after being stuck waiting for over an hour. They gave me the supplies so I could do it at home. Will my insurance reimburse me since I’m doing the job instead? Probably not. Then after fumbling with a balloon for over a minute, I said it’s okay. And then I was left alone… no one came to tell me if we were done or what I was supposed to do.
So I left.
And I will never return. This place is awful. Go somewhere else where your time and money is respected and appreciated.

Dr. Nashed and his staff are all amazing in every way possible. Both of my kids have had their braces done here, as well as had their wisdom teeth pulled at his office as well. The entire process was painless, and my kid’s teeth are perfect. I will continue to see Dr. Nashed for all of my dental needs, and highly recommend him to anyone who wants a highly proficient, and very pleasant dental experience.

Best Dentist I ever have been to, I am a 45 year old baby boy. I have been going 3 years now. I have 3 girls and my ex wife got her braces done here. I started out really scared as usual. Now I trust Dr Nashed 100%. The last time I had a cavity, he fixed it and I didn’t feel a single shred of pain. Not in the slightest. My girls are big babies too. My baby was sedated and numbed and had laughing gas and she still made a little cry. Dr Nashed handled her with the best way possible. Dr. Nashed and his staff are absolutely amazing!!! They are very helpful and caring. As a single mother it is difficult to juggle work and school along with kids and their appointments. They made sure the appointments fit in with my schedule and even mentioned they’d just call have to call someone from their staff in a little earlier to accommodate us. On top of that they were all very knowledgeable and explained the process of treatment very well. I would definitely recommend his as a pediatric dentist and orthodontist.
