What’s going on with Panda Express. They be coming really greedy … Now the plates not even a spoon of food it’s just half. This owners need to due something about it … I want more food for my money … No more money and no food

Server was rude tonight, my granddaughter wanted to try fried shrimp, she told she couldn’t try that one so I asked her to give it as a side order, she put them in a bag and through them on the counter to the other worker, we get home and she grabs one to eat and it was as hard as a rock! Over cooked or left out to long!

Went on a Saturday, we asked to wait for fresh food and server was rude after that. She limit all servings and it was very sloppy served. Orange chicken was hard and cold, and teriyaki chicken was cold and burn. Panda Express is our favorite restuarant but after this experience never again.

Working at the Long Beach Town Center introduced me to this Panda Express. At one point, this was the only restaurant I would go to for a quick grab and go only because I would usually get my meal within 5 – 10 minutes. The food is not entirely the greatest, but the people working here are so nice and have great customer service! They always smile and wave hi to me.

This Panda Express has the worse customer service, it’s like they are personally offended when I asked about vegetarian options. FYI they don’t have any! I get not serving an item that doesn’t sell at your location, but there is no need to be rude about it.

Eat here often. Was very disappointed with the food. Food was old and orange chicken was chewy. This is the only panda that charges for soda refills that isn’t in place like angels stadium. This is my last time coming here.

My least favorite panda expressive. The li es are super busy since it gets attention from all over towne center. Parking is always a bitch due to that as well. The staff always comes across as sort of lackluster as well. They always seem to be in a bad mood. The worst offense is that they charge for refills. The only panda I know of that does this.

You can nevery really expect much from a Panda Express. Usually when we want Panda, you’re just looking for some quick and delicious orange chicken and probably want it to go. What we tend to do with this Panda is we’ll all get the one entrée, one side bowl and sneak them into the Edwards theatre that’s right next to this Panda Express. It’s great! Their bowl is tiny, yet very filling, and fits perfectly in a girl friend’s large purse. And then you have a cheap snack for the movie you plan on watching, and you don’t have to pay a fortune for the snacks you’d buy IN the movie theatre. Seriously, WAY too overpriced. Just grab some Panda and sit in the back of the theatre, you will not be disappointed. :D

I’ve eaten a number of times at this particular Panda Express location, inside the Long Beach Towne Center food court. I don’t know what time of day the previous poster went there, but I’ve never been in a long line at this location. [scratches head] My favorite 3 items from Panda Express are the orange chicken, Mandarin chicken and barbecued pork. Since I’m not a really big eater, I usually get the rice bowl, which includes the one entrée. Very simple, yet I get full after eating it. Like Pickup Stix, Panda Express is one of those restaurants that serve«fake» Chinese food tailored to American taste buds. It’s not bad, but I still like Pickup Stix when I have a hankering for faux Chinese. ;-)

I don’t like this Panda. The line’s always super long. You would think this ensures that the food you get is fresh, but surprisingly, it never tastes that good. Minus two stars, right there. They also don’t have Eggplant Tofu. I minus an entire star for this, because it is my favourite dish.
