Landlords beware!!! These guys caused me to go to court, choosing to force me to sue them before paying up for their mistakes.

Beware of this management company, and do Not expect your deposit back. They will finagle you out of it with some calculating agreement that gives them reason to avoid a refund.
After moving out of a property that was inundated with mold, cockroaches, and cigarette smoke, they refused to give me any portion of my deposit even though they rented the apartment in less than 20 days. They kept my deposit while they cashed their new tenants move-​in check.
Totally dirty slumlord tactic… tenant beware !
