Pizza Hut

Wow this is taking forever ordered almost 30 min ago for carry out an still not ready. They told me 15 min and nothing it’s one pizza one topping. I should have read Review’s first seems they help out who they know. Alot of people just came in and out without even telling the person their name. Well first and last time here.

Very disappointed, pizza is burnt, bread sticks are burnt. Cheese is missing on some of the slices of pizza. I call pizza hut to speak to a manager, and I was told Rene the manager said to call him back because he was busy. Wow ! What manager say’s that?! I call back and all I got was very rude customer service by the manager.
I knew I should have gone to Bonos pizza.

I placed an order online for my kids,
we were watching a movie and i didn’t have my phone near me. I realized it had been a while and the pizza still hasn’t arrived. i realized they may have called me so i grabbed my phone. sure enough they had left a few more messages, in Spanish, which i do not speak. I figured i would call them and reorder. When i called the person yelled at me and said they were going to cancel my order. I was fine reordering but i didn’t need the yelling or attitude i got. Wish i would have got her name so i could report her. it ruined the rest of my day. Too bad someone who I don’t know can make such a bad impact on the way i feel about a company.

This Pizza Hut is the best of them all love the pizzas here always fresh and full of ingredients and employees are always friendly and helpful gotta get the Chicken pizza with cheese crust very GOOD!!!

This is my go to Hut! Although the waiting is longer sometimes, but it’s worth the wait; because it’s delicious and yummy!
Some Employees are good some are kinda rude but oh well!

Ordered from this location many times, never ever has parmesan or pepper in stock. Either there is a world wide shortage or the employees are too lazy to get it.

I wish I could give a negative 10. HORRIBLE SERVICE. I placed my order by phone. I was told it would be ready in15 minutes. I got there in 20… pizza was ready but no bread sticks I was told 3min wait after 10 minutes I asked for the manager, who told me I had to wait another 5 minutes I said really!?! After I’ve already been told 3 and been here 15 minutes for a order I called in. He said well. I said all you have to say is well. He walked to the back and someone else came to the front with my order so after 20 minutes of waiting in the store I finally leave with my «phone order». Ridiculous!

Repeatedly delivers the wrong items and when you call to tell them no one cares. Rude personnel answering the phone, have been hung up on. Takes hours to receive correct items or not at all. Will not be ordering from them again.

I always order from here and service is usually good but today I got the worst service ever. I place an order for a pan of the tuscani pasta and the lady over the phone assured me it would be ready in 10 minutes. So when I get there my husband gets out to get it and tells the cashier whom got the order from me in the first place that he is picking up but she tells him no oder was in the computer and plays it off acting all confused and said she was sorry and asked if we would like to reorder (couldn’t even own up to her mistake). Wow is in that fucking great… so the lady ask for another’s worker’s help and goes and hides away in the back. The guy tries to see in the computer again but yet can’t find the order my husband even shows him the phone call he made 20 minutes ago. Well this is the last time we come here.

I like ordering from here but today I’m beyond disappoint!!! I placed an online order and not only did they got my order wrong once but twice!!! They made my pizza wrong and forgot my marinara sauce. They Re sent my order again and still got it wrong and sent ice cold marinara sauce! I was soooo disappointed today with my order! Thinking about going back to papa johns!!!

Why can’t I give a zero rating on Unilocal for this business?
Worst possible customer service imaginable. Their staff are incapable of resolving adding a pizza to a completed online orders. I called, placed on hold for 5 minutes. She hung up on me. I called back, no one answers and I get recorded message. I called back again, and different person puts me on 15 minute hold. Incompetent staff. In competent managers. This franchise location is a joke.

I submitted my online order at 5:48 PM. Estimated delivery was for 6:33 PM. At 6:33 PM my order updated to out for delivery. At 7:08 I called the store to ask about where my pizza was since I still hadn’t received it. The answer I was given over the phone was that it was out for delivery and would arrive any minute. By 7:48 I still hadn’t received it and went to the store to ask about the pizza. The Manager Adolfo found my order, but could not find my pizza, didn’t know where it was and didn’t even offer an apology. He just said he could restart my order. I couldn’t wait another two hours for my pizza, hoping I’d receive it since my kids were complaining and hungry waiting for the pizza that never came. Total failure by the local store! Avoid this store. If I could give it zero stars I would since I never got my food.

My pizza was very nasty and over cooked. I haven’t order pizza hut in few months due to same issues. The have the worst pizza makers at this location. I will never go back to this location. The manager at this location would not do anything about my pizza.

Cute chicks work and delivers whoop pizza hut whats your favorite toppings they just cant cant at pepper and cheese at the same time idk why

We used to order pizza to get delivered from here at least once a week but today was the last. The last several times they have messed up our order. Last time we ordered pizza we where waiting for 50+ Minutes, We decided to call back to see what was taking so long for our pizza to get delivered. They said we had to go pick it up, we alway, s always get delivery, never pick up. Today we waited for another 50+ minutes for them to say that our order was cancelled because they couldn’t contact us to verify the address, we had called them twice to inform them we weren’t home but that we where on our way we also verified our address and we gave them the credit card info. SMH. I’m really disappointed because we would order pizza constantly I guess we would just order dominos now.

Called in an order second time this week and ordered the same thing for my family, only this second time they wanted to charge me five dollars more. I don’t think I can trust them with my pizza anymore :(

I have given this location too many chances mainly because I live less than 5 minutes away.
It never fails that the pizza is greasy ! I can squeeze the grease out the pizza with napkins. I called and complained and the «manager» Jose told me that it’s the butter and the pizza is supposed to be like that. The pizza box is not supposed to have grease stains. You’ll have better quality pizza and service down the street at Buonos or even Dominoes. They will never get my money again.

First, let me note that I eat out a lot; at least twice a day. But today’s experience was so great that I was inspired to (finally) make a Unilocal account.
This location closes at 11pm on Wednesday nights. My job keeps me insanely busy and I was all set to go to bed when I was informed I have to pull an all nighter from home. Bummer. My salvation from frantic-​food-​finding at 10:30pm at night came in the form of Pizza hut.
I ordered the boneless Burning Hot wings, the pepperoni P’zone and Que papas. The location called to confirm my online order (bonus!) and assured me that the hour of my order was not a problem. The food got here precisely at the stated time, was warm, and the delivery guy was cool about having to make the delivery after-​hours. The food? Delicious so far — not too oily or greasy, the wings are nicely coated and crisp and the potatoes are delish and not soggy. The food is 4 stars for fast-​food pizza/​wings/​sides. But the service was amaaaazing. Definitely a great experience.

Pizza Hut is good for fast food style pizza but this location SUCKS!
Living in the area, I’ve ordered from them on numerous occasions and each time my order is either a) wrong b) the driver says he can’t find my address c) the driver says he calls when he hasn’t d) they want me to bring back my food to prove to them it’s wrong… Which it always is.
If you order from this location, check your food before you leave, expect long delivery times and don’t bother asking for cheese or chili flakes because they never seem to have them.
It’s not that hard guys. Get it together

I was totally appalled when I placed an online order and a few moments later a I receive this phone call:
me: hello?
caller: uhh **63 **rl ave? you ordern ezza?
me: pardon me?
so he repeated. so I said «is this pizza hut? and confirmed the order.
The timing was fine they got to my home in less than 30 minutes but they were so stingy with the toppings! they hardly put cheese and my other request on there, the deliver didnt have pepper and he had the nerve to round my charge to the nearest dollar!!! The gas prices have went down so why am i paying all of these additional fees? I only ordered the dang pizza because my son wanted it and i was do disappointed with the doughy tasteless piece of za that was delivered to my door! I want my money including my tip back!
