I arrived at the facility a little stressful from having to locate a place to store my belongings in. Alejandra, greeted me with a smile and helped me out with all my questions and concerns she was very patient and understanding. Thank You Alejandra for your fast and friendly, customer service.

After a couple of stressful weeks looking for a new storage facility I found this one. Lots of drive up access units and I feel the best price for this area. All the other units were $ 50 or more higher. The things that were important to me are the easy access to unit, cleanliness and security. I feel this place has all those features. Marcus the manager was very friend and polite during my tour. I moved a few boxes in last night with no issues and the rest of my stuff on Saturday — so relieved to have found this oasis…

The best public storage place you can go to. It’s clean and the staff is very professional. Outstanding clean and safe. Marcus is superb and customer service takes care of issues and is always thinking of his clients. This is my third time here and I keep coming to Marcus all the time. If you’re in need Marcus is your guy he’ll help you out.

Kept things here for a few years. Always felt it’s been a safe, secure place to leave things I have no room for at home. Easy access with helpful staff.

I have used this facility for several consecutive years. I am very pleased with the customer service Marcus and his associates provide. Everyone is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. DO NOT use Public Storage, this facility or any others. I rented a 10×15′ storage unit here at the South St. for the past 4 years. Each year the rent was increased. Finally I said it’s not worth the cost, Went to move out and everything was there was mold everywhere. Black/​grey/​yellow/​brown mold. The ceilings, walls had water stains from where rain had penetrated the unit. Mold was on the beams and drywall and the furniture, rugs, and everything place in storage. Public Storage takes no responsibility for the mold problem, none. Yet its obvious from the stains the water came through the roof. Look at Google maps or Google earth satellite pictures of the facility. It shows at least two of the buildings have roofs that are in very poor condition. Yet Public Storage takes no responsibility for the neglect of the property. They are only interested in your money and will increase the rent each year. Besides that, the staff was never available and the office seldom open. When I was able to track someone down, a staff member, they had no customer skills and didn’t seem to care. Don’t be fooled by the $ 1 for the first month. This place is the last place you want to store your belongs. It’s expensive, the property is neglected and you may end up having to throw everything because the place is infested with mold!
