The staff here is very friendly and they do their best to get you seen as fast as they can. The environment is clean, spacious, and private. In addition, there is a lot of reading material available while you wait and there is also a TV in the waiting room. The office also has a lot of nice paintings on the walls and plants in the waiting areas.

The staff is great. They look out for there patients. The providers listen and give excellent customer service to there patients. I would definitely come back if needed in the future.

I love all three Reddy Urgent Cares! Besides Dr. Reddy being a wonderful person, she is a fantastic doctor. She and her staff really care about their patients Besides knowing their
stuff, everyone is so personable! I have lived in many different places and have been to
many different urgent cares, but Reddy Urgent Care is the best! I wish Dr. Reddy could be
my primary physician.

This location is super new and super nice! The front staff are all really sweet and very welcoming. Missy, the provider here, is literally a JOY. I love chatting with her because she is so down to Earth and casual yet totally knows her stuff. She talks to you like she’s your buddy… if your buddy knew how to suture up an ear. Or treat a random sickness. Or whatever.
So if you had a cool doctor/​nurse practitioner buddy, it’d be Missy. That alone is reason enough to go to Reddy Urgent Care in Bixby Knolls.
Definitely coming back! 100 stars!!!
