Get the acai bowl! Its so delicious and good for your health! It is kind of pricey compared to how small the bowl is. But you have to remember that acai is sorta expensive.

I Love Robeks Nutty Hawaiian Acai Bowl. This is literally the only thing I ever come here for. The juice is good I have tried it many times. The only downside is parking-​trick is to park at PepBoys and walk though the little bushes and walkway. Second is the service itself takes forever. I’m here today on a Sunday and this poor girl is trying to take orders and make them all while the manager/​co-​worker is sitting at the computer not even paying any mind to the door bell that’s rang 8 times now and the line is very much the length of the store. I know I do not work here or know what’s going on but it looks like they could use a few more people. It usually takes a good 25 minutes to get my Nutty Hawaiian Bowl. So just have to have patience. Otherwise great products and great flavor and very consistent! I only give 3 stars because it’s just so slow.

I felt the need to leave a review because I saw something that disturbed me the other day. I was walking into Robeks and saw a blonde woman who appeared to be the manager or owner reprimanding an employee. Right outside the store by the door where everyone could see and hear! As someone who has worked in the service and retail industry, I find that embarrassing for the employee and completely unprofessional. I wouldn’t normally leave a review based on that alone, but I’m a very frequent customer and this isn’t the first time I’ve witnessed something of this nature. I saw a different Middle Eastern manager/​owner talking down to an employee on a different occasion. This in unnerving because I’m always treated with excellent service and the smoothies are delicious, however I’ve noticed that employee’s come and go pretty frequently. It makes me second guess my decision to support a store that may have questionable ethics.

Came here cause Starbucks line was too long and well, maybe it wasn’t meant to be to have coffee…
I was pleased to order this pumpkin smoothie, cause Jamba Juice doesn’t make this anymore. The taste was truly pumpkin and the server made it super fast! Will come by again cause I don’t know of any other Robek’s in Long Beach. They should have a location in the downtown area. There used to be one called Smoothie king back in the day but they closed up as quick as they opened.

Great customer service. Luis was so polite and helpful. I would recommend coming here for a nice cold smoothie if the heat is to much for you.

Saw this Robeks while I was driving around in the neighborhood and I wanted something healthy like a smoothie so I went in. I also had a Robeks membership $ 3 off coupon to use, so I used it this day. I asked the cashier if he can help me obtain the coupon off my phone and he was very helpful in instructing me how to get it.
I ordered the Dr. Robeks, which was really good! You can definitely taste the tartness from the strawberry and raspberry. It was a little too sweet when you keep drinking it, but it did wake me up, which I needed.
I like Robeks because their drinks are as sweet as Jamba Juice. And from my understanding, they don’t use ice cream in their drinks? I hope they don’t because I would love to have my drink healthier. I have tried my different drinks in Robeks which is different from Jamba Juice, I usually just get the same kind.

Love this place! My boyfriend talked about for 2 weeks before I gave in and tried it. I had a smoothie for breakfast and went back late afternoon for a light snack. So tasty and the staff is super friendly and helpful.

Alright imma tack on another star because lately the service is much friendlier.
To be fair, the location cannot control the menus not actually explaining what is in the drink, and I feel bad asking honestly 20 questions every time I’m in, I’d much rather read it.
One thing however, I wish they would label the samples as I tried one and low and below there was actually banana in it and I am allergic… Thank goodness I was asking what was in it and did not swallow the sample and all was well.

A friend of mine brought me here and it didn’t disappoint! It’s nice and clean inside and has a few tables if you want to sit. The girls working were friendly and fast. I ordered the iced mocha and it tasted great! It’s not too sweet or bitter and was worth the $ 5.**

Went to this Robek’s instead of our usual Jamba Juice because this was closest to us at the time and we wanted to try a different smoothie place. My son is 3, and so I like that most juice and smoothie places have a kid’s menu. He got the Mini Mango and I got a small raspberry smoothie.
The kids smoothie is 3.99 and the regular small is 4.19. Why is one more than the other if they’re both served in the same size cup?! I asked one of the three guys working and they said it was a marketing thing. A marketing thing to charge 20 cents more for the same size cup?! Seriously, please come up with a better explanation Robek’s employee! Really, come on now!
I think I’ll stick to Jamba Juice even if it is farther away.

Usually a good place. Honestly would have rated 5 stars a month ago. Now they have 1 person working mornings. I can’t wait my entire 20 min break for s smoothie. It’s busy. Stop being so cheap. Hire one more person. Not to mention this poor guy was new all by him self. That’s not right. People where pretty upset. I was getting annoyed. And my smoothie is terrible. Step your game up.

I freaken love Robeks! I always get the «Super Green» and highly recommend it if you like matcha (green tea) in your drink. It’s really thick but taste really good.
I always come to this location because their drinks are always consistent in taste. The one in Cerritos mall doesn’t have consistent drinks. They always taste a little different each time I’ve gone to get a drink.
However, parking sucks here. It’s in a little plaza along with T Mobile and Starbucks on the corner of PCH and Ximeno Ave. The slots are limited, it’s tight, and it’s hard to get parking so beware.

Don’t get me wrong, this place has amazing smoothies. If my ratings were based on that alone, they’d get 5 stars. But the fact of the matter is their customer service sucks. I’m standing here right now and I’ve yet to be acknowledged. Even if you’re busy, that’s no excuse for poor customer service.

I usually always go to Jamba Juice and I just wanted to try something new so robek juice was the first thing I thought of. The smoothie are bomb, there’s something about the texture and flavor of the smoothie that different and tasty. Give it a try if you want to try something different ! It’s worth it !

Parking Lot sucks!!!
Other than that I am a huge fan of Robeks, unlike Jamba Juice they actually sell fresh pressed juices, Jamba Juice only sells smoothies. This location is rather small and the parking lot can be a bit of a mission, but other than that the service is great, the place is clean and the staff is friendly.

Same as any other Robek’s you go to. Usually students workin the back so customer service probably isn’t the thing to look out for here. They get your order right and quick, and that’s good enough for me.
Love the beet juice :)
Parking can be tricky cuz it shares a lot with Starbucks and the lot is already small enough as it is, and being located in a semi-​trafficky area; it could be worse.

They have really stepped up the quality of products at this location (which is now the closest location to where I work and live). I always get a pleasant «welcome» and «goodbye» here too… maybe because they are now seeing more of me. I’ve been told that they can still make the Citrus Stinger, even if it’s off the menu… but I’ve become a fan of a few other of their drinks (Venice Burner and Healthy Harmony in particular).
Yes, parking still sucks but as others mentioned, park next door to at Pep-​Boys.
