Walked in on Saturday to buy a temper glass for my Iphone and it looks great! At first some guy put it on wrong and was crooked, and of course my OCD made me come back in. Thanks to Angel he did replace my screen protector and it looks great! Have been coming to this location for a long long time!

Woohoo! So excited to join the T Mobile family after years of being abused by AT&T! Seriously, such amazing service signing up, terrific plans, and fabulous stir staff. Kudos to Dave who is a super guy, as well as the manager of this PCH store. They rock and we recommend that you visit this office to switch! We are business customers, and are now getting twice as much for half the price! Go see Dave!

I suck at remembering names, but the few times I need help In Store, the staff at this location is always so awesome. Sometimes the wait is like 20 minutes, but hey; if the store is busy, it’s busy. They’re very friendly and always there to help. Always try to up-sell me on stuff, but I work in retail; and that’s just part of the job. lol

I was helped by Ms. Judy Huang, a spunky and well spoken young lady who works here. She provided me with all of the necessary information I requested, plus more! I went in knowing almost nothing about my options with T-Mobile and left knowing(almost) exactly what I wanted. Luckily, Judy was accommodating enough to follow up with me a few days later scheduling another day for us to go– through signing up with My new plan. She was patient, friendly, and interested in getting to know me as a person as she situated me with my new phone and phone plan. I had been a Sprint customer for about 9 years before my switch and I will honestly say that I am enjoying my partnership with T-Mobile so much more now than ever!

My wife and I walk in to T-Mobile for some information about there unlimited data plans. Judy Huang a T-Mobile sales associate walked up to us, and said hi welcome to T-Mobile and everything just happened so fast I ended up switching carriers without a thought. YES she is that good, she answered every questions I had to ask, and very efficiently I might add. Long story short I walked out with new phone new data plan, and very satisfied customer. Before coming to the store I had called in advanced to ask about my phones plan, billing, and upgrading my device. I had spoken to Judy who was absolutely kind and was able to answer whatever questions I had over the phone before I decided to go in. While over the phone she made sure that whatever I was looking for was going to be there when I got in so it isn’t a trip wasted. As soon as I got in she was quick to give me a smile and helped me right after speaking to a last customer. I love T-Mobile and have been a long time customer but the customer service at this specific location is HORRIBLE. I came in awhile ago inquiring about my cell phone payments & how much it would cost to pay it off in order to get a new one. First off, I understand that they’re a super busy store or, at least they were extremely busy when I had come in. But I find it incredibly rude when associates avoid eye contact and look past me while I’m asking them a question and then I have to repeat myself because they aren’t paying attention.

I have been with tmobile 14 years and this is why: Today I received the very best service with Manny Martinez. It was above and beyond. I had one question and he walked me through to completion of a dreaded project. He was a real gentleman and enjoyed helping me. What a great experience. A breath of fresh air. This T-mobile experience went so incredibly smoothly and quickly. Shout out to Vien the amazing woman that helped me out there! She was sweet and had an awesome personality. Really made me feel like a person there and not another customer. If you want to buy a brand new, well packaged cell phone, avoid this store!!! I bought a Samsung S5 as gift for my girlfriend. I found the packaged was unsealed, and I am sure it was opened before. I went back to the store within 3 mins and ask for exchange. The manager Will. V told me the cellphone is brand new, it just be opened by their employee to show other consumers. He told me that I was buying the cell phone, not package, and the cellphone is more important than the package. He said 99% of their consumers will accept an opened package. I tried to ask for help from other employees, but was told that Will. V is the top manger in the store, they totally understand but cannot do anything for me. I had been there for 2 hours, Will. V kept teaching me how to be a consumer. He said he doesn’t care about the package at all when he shops and I should not be picky. If I want to return or exchange the cell phone, I have to pay $ 50, because it is purchased and opened already. He blamed me why didn’t I check before pay if it is so important. He even did not say a «Sorry» to me. Finally I walked out the store with the unsealed Samsung S5. How do you guys feel if you have the same situation? What is the meaning of a brand new cell phone? Will V told me Apple also does the same thing for the consumers, no people would care about the package issue, is it true? He also told me if he does exchange for me, everyone will ask for exchange, it will break their business policy, am I really a bad guy make them in trouble? I showed enough respect in the store, now I have to give an opened«brand new» cellphone to my girlfriend for a gift. I want to say this is my worst shopping experience, you own me a «Sorry»!!!
