I completely disagree with the other two reviews. While Christina was a lovely woman, she was not professional. After several weeks of waiting for her to email me a proposal that she promised me after our first meeting, I called and reminded her. She apologized up and down and promised an email by that night. Unfortunately she did not follow through. I waited a week and while walking by her store with my fiancé, I stopped in to chat with her. She promised, yet again to email me the proposal but never did. I called to follow up and she finally emailed me the proposal When I read it over, it was not even close to what we had discussed. Then I made an appointment to see the arrangements. When I got to the store she had NOTHING prepared, so I rescheduled to come back the following week. She called and left me a message cancelling that appointment and asked me to call back to reschedule. So I did, I made an appointment and when I showed up she said she didn’t know I was coming. She started running around the store pulling flowers out as if she was going to throw something together when I stopped her and told her I would come back the following day so she could spend the appropriate amount of time creating my arrangements. I specifically asked her to have samples of the table arrangements we discussed as well as a sample of my bouqet. So finally, today I went to see the flowers. You can imagine my disappointment when NOTHING was as we had discussed (I had even provided her with pictures as examples and nothing was even close). And then the icing on the cake, she didn’t have a bouquet to show me. Again, Christina is a nice woman but she didn’t write things down and she seemed to talk in circles without ever coming up with concrete ideas to show me. I would NOT recommend using this florist. Who needs the anxiety of wondering if the florist will follow through? She clearly showed me, more than once, that she doesn’t follow through on what she says.

I’ve worked with Christina on a few client weddings… and personally I plan on using her for my big day. She’s thorough… listens to the client’s needs and creates beautiful pieces. I would recommend her to my clients & enjoy working with her.

Most amazing flowers and designs. Santos Designs can easily design beautiful out of the ordinary arrangements for everyday and amazing for events, my cousins dream wedding was complete with the incredible designs this florist put together, I cant wait til my wedding day to see her do the same for me!
