We forgot our coupons and the manager not only gave us the discount but increased it! We were able to buy more paint and supplies. Amazing customer service. So impressed!

Zero stars if I could. I was excited for a location opening very close to my house as we are in the midst of renovations and have already spent $ 1,000+ dollars at this franchise. But I just went in to return an extra can of glossy moulding paint, and the lady wouldn’t take it because they don’t «carry that kind of Sherwin Williams paint» she said. She kept saying they were Frazee, which I understand– but don’t open as a Sherwin Williams if you can’t offer full Sherwin Williams customer service. Then she claimed the can had a small dent so they wouldn’t take it at any location, but she told me to go back to where I bought it and ask. I’m disappointed I’ve spent so much at a franchise, and can’t even return one $ 50 can of paint. It’s been difficult to even access my «color profile» at different Sherwin Williams locations because they don’t all have the same system, but that’s a review for another time. This location needs to get it together and offer better customer service. I’m switching to Benjamin Moore for the rest of the house.
