Been here several times since moving to the neighborhood in sept. They’re exceptionally helpful in answering my questions and providing additional options. It costs a little more than Home Depot or Lowes, but the quality makes up for it. Great color selection too. Fast service no lines!!! UPDATE: had to go back a few more times after I changed my mind on some colors. They were again, just as helpful. A different gentleman was able to adjust the color of one of my quarts.

Horrible customer service. Their was one employee to help us and no other customers. The employees seemed annoyed and didn’t want to help us. He was rude and short. I’ve never been to a sherwin Williams that had such horrible customer service. It would make a little more sense if their were more customers, but their weren’t any. We left and took our business with us.

We have come here before for our paint and had a great experience. We just bought a new house and needed to paint the entire inside! So we came back! Lexi helped me and was SO awesome! The first time I came in I had my youngest daughter(19 months) with me! Lexi was so sweet to her and loaned her a silly pen to keep her distracted! Each time I had to come back to get more paint, Lexi remembered me and was super helpful and friendly! Great attitude, customer service and knowledge!!! Thank you!

PROS : ample parking spaces store is clean, organized and well lit good selection of product/accessories CONS : they will try to up-sell you on their special paint formulations pushy sales person not very professional OVERALL: A pretty«meh» experience. The only reason we stopped in was to take advantage of their 40% off sale. Honestly, I’ve had a better experience shopping at Home Depot(and that’s saying something since the HDs we’ve been to are pretty lacking in the whole customer service department — but that’s another review for another day). The sales associate kept pushing us to buy their premium paint when we already knew what we wanted. It was very annoying and frustrating when we tried to tell him what we wanted and he kept insisting and trying to sell us on a product we didn’t want. Also, instead of writing down the paint color, finish etc, he tried to memorize it. Apparently that didn’t work because he came back to us REPEATEDLY to confirm what we said. How hard would it be to write the info down?! THEN, while the sales associate was processing our order, he was humming and singing along to the music playing in the store. SO not professional. I don’t care how much you like the song, be a professional and process my order. Unless they’re having a sale, I highly suggest you go elsewhere. Better yet, try Home Depot. ;)
