Greedy!!! That’s how I would describe the owners. They overcharge for washing with washing machines that don’t use enough water and dryers turn off 30 minutes before they close. It costs $ 3 to just buy the money card and after they cheat you, they charge you $ 3 to get your refund. $ 6 for nothing! I’ve never heard about being charged for a refund before! Also, washers and dryers smell like feet. There are much better and cheaper laundromats close by. Dont waste your money or time.

Zero stars! Worst laundromat. Overpriced, dirty, and ripoff. Say they close at 11, but if you don’t start your machine by 10:30, nothing will turn on. We had to leave tonight at 10:30 with wet clothes because they cannot turn the machine on. They want customers to be unsure how much more time you need to dry so you pay for an extra 30 min or else the machines don’t work. Also, they claim their money card costs $ 3, but if you want a refund, they charge you another $ 3. Thus, that little piece of plastic card actually will cost you $ 6. Don’t go here. This place will steal your money and you’ll leave with wet clothes.

So I’ve been washing here for about 2 months now and out of all the laundry places I’ve tried this place by far is my favorite. Lots of washers, dryers and laundry baskets. Prices are reasonable as well. The people they have working are always so helpful and nice. Love that they have a small area for kids with a TV playing with movies. The place is always clean and plenty of sitting areas to sit at while you wait for your clothes. I also like that you use a card to wash instead of using quarters that way I don’t have to worry about always caring change with me. Only part that sucks about the card is that you have to pay $ 3 to purchase your first card. Overall I recommend this place to anyone that lives near the area.

After coming here weekly to launder our week’s worth of clothes, this review is long overdue. Most of the washers and (all) dryers in the facility use the ESD money card.
If you’re new, or lost one, you can simply purchase one for $ 3. No cash, no problem because they have an convenient in-​house ATM for you to withdraw $ if need be. They also have a run as credit, swipe only method if you need to load your card with $ 10, $ 20, or $ 30.
Most washers are about $ 1 a load and require the use of the card. There are some traditional single loaders that require quarters only though.
Various size dryers for $.25 or .$ 50 and they run about 10 minutes. Add more if your clothes need to be dried more.
A soap center is available in case you run out of or forgot your laundry essentials. They include bleach, detergent, softener, and dryer sheets of various name brands.
Two vending machines (one for snacks and the other for drinks) are available for purchase with cash or coins. Complimentary Folgers coffee is available too.
Complimentary wifi and lots of places to sit too. Brought the kids? Keep them occupied in the kids center where they can play, watch movies, or read.
The worker here is nice, friendly, and reliable. There’s been times where machines were leaking because a shirt or something was snagged and she was pleasantly helpful.
Overall, this place is great. Come give it a try for yourself!

Came in today to do laundry at 8pm. The place is super clean! Even their restroom is clean. I had a lot of laundry to catch up on so I stayed until just a few min ago and noticed the worker there kept wiping down the counters, spraying and cleaning the machines, and mopping and sweeping THE ENTIRE TIME I was there. He was very helpful and professional. This made me feel much better about having to wash at a public laundry facility because with all this flu and sickness going around I was a bit hesitant. Thanks to Victor tonight, I found a place I am comfortable at. VICTOR YOU ARE AWESOME!

Very unhappy said closes at 11 on Unilocal got here at 10 and they lady told us no we closed and with attitude worst experience ever

I’ve been coming here since in moved to Long Beach. There’s a laundry facility in my building but its is just easier to do it here.
This is probably one nicest laundromats I’ve been to. Everytime I’ve done my laundry here, there’s always someone mopping the floor and/​or cleaning the machines so they keep it very well maintained. They have free wifi, bathroom that you can only access with a code and a kids area with a tv and DVDs.
Yes, they charge $ 3 for a reloadable card to use most of the machines but I rather do that than having to go to the bank to get cash/​coins. They have recently added some washers that will take coins, if you’re really against getting a card.

Full disclosure, I used to be an attendant here about 5 years ago. Not sure if the management is the same, but dang they have kept the place up nice. After a gross encounter or two at the laundromat across the street from me, I fled back here, where I knew it was quiet, well-​kept, well-​organized, and full of amenities like WiFi and vending machines. I really don’t mind paying a little extra if I can wash my clothes in a place that’s actually, well, clean ;D Seriously this place is spotless …

I would not recommend this place. They force you to pay $ 3 for a card to do laundry there. Meaning first you pay $ 3 for NOTHING… Then you have to put money on this card… That means you need to decide exactly how much your laundry will cost or else you’ll have left over money on your card you don’t get back. They don’t take credit cards and they don’t take quarters. Plus their pricing seems quite high $ 6 for a size that is $ 4.5 six minutes away.
Will definitely NOT come back here.

okay, I get that it’s Labor Day and there will be no attendant on duty as there is every other day, but oh goxdamit, could you at least turn on the swamp cooler so that there is a little breeze in here today.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! Char, the owner, was called by the manager when I showed him that 4 of my hot washes were cold. At first she said that the boiler was out so the washers weren’t getting any hot water. There was no sign anywhere stating this. Char wouldn’t refund any money but asked if would I come back tomorrow and do my laundry again? WTH? Talk about disconnected and arrogant! No– when I take the time to load my car full of laundry and set time aside on a weekend to do my laundry, I am not going to come back tomorrow and redo it because you run a slum laundromat! I told her that what she is going to do is refund my money now. She did but I’m still calling the city and reporting her. See photos of washers with do not use tape on them… This place sucks!!!

I don’t know what everyone’s complaint is about this place, I love it! The attendant is ALWAYS friendly and helpful, she rocks! Yes, there are some broken machines but it’s a laundrymat FFS which means they’re constantly running so they’re going to break down every once in awhile. Place is clean, big and plenty of places to sit which makes laundry chores not so bad. Come here!

I have come to this laundromat just a little over a handful of times & truthfully I am kinda glad that I am going to review them now. I thought they were already pretty good before compared to A LOT of others, but the owners are starting to really understand some of the customers needs & taking action.
Truth be told my triplex has a private laundry room, but when I have a lot to do, it makes it so much faster for me to go here.
First, the only problem people seem to have is the cost of the money card & I guess being responsible enough to keep it somewhere safe so they don’t bug the workers for «extra» ones. Anyway, the price for the card was $ 3. It’s reloadable & they take cash (bills only), and major cc & debit cards (but the debut feature was not working today). Other than the card, which honestly is not a big deal, then your golden here. Now to the good info:

So basically if you want to go to a laundromat you are not cringing at going to, have to bring the kids or if you just want a nice quiet place to do you laundry quickly come here. Even if you live over a mile away I recommend this place, but hey you don’t have to take my word for it. Xo

It’s wonderful that they have wifi, are very clean, have ample parking, are not generally overcrowded, and have good customer service. If I based my rating on that, they’d get 5 stars.
However, this is a laundromat and based on that, I give them 3 stars. Their single load washers are very limited, which leaves only the more expensive machines that are $ 2.50-$ 6 for everyone else to use. The dryers are also more expensive than most places, and it will eat the entire balance on your card if you leave it in. The attendants generally can’t/won’t give you a refund.
I will also give them credit for their fluff & fold service which deserves at least 4 stars for the quality.

Its clean and not pack. Like most laundry mat places. This place has a card system they use. You purchase a card and use the same card every time you come in. Just got to refill the card with money. There is always someone on site to help you and keep this place clean.

The last time I came here was about a year ago. I have been to super suds across town a few times as well who uses the coin system. In regards to that, I would have to say prefer the card system better, as I lose the extra coins easily when I have extra to take home.
Overall I like this place, but I was looking to use the top loaders now that I knew they were there and they had a ton. But more than half of them where broken. And I had to wait for one to open up. The top loaders take about 30 mins to wash compared to the front loaders. Over all, compared to super suds, I feel the 3 load front loaders have more options for washing and wash my clothes a lot better and cleaner. So for that reason I am going to prob stop going to super suds.
They do not have wifi and when you try to see if there is any wifi, a long beach free wifi is there, but you only get 15 mins and then you have to pay.
Overall this place is clean and I would come back here more often. The parking is easy and plenty of baskets. I am prob still going to try out different ones. The only thing is that at super suds they had more tv’s around, not that I was watching anyway.

I come here for the free wifi, large 6+ front loaders, and jumbo dryers that dry my finest threads in a mere 22 minutes! Now that’s efficient. Alonzo and his wife are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about their machines and such. Always willing to lend a helping hand.
I never thought I’d look forward to laundry day. I simply grab my suds, clothes and a good cup of joe and in under an hour I’ve managed to wash 7 loads of laundry!!!
They have a re-​loadable laundry card that makes it quarter and hassle free! I’m proud to say I’m a regular at this fine establishment.

Awesome place. Granted, I had never been to the laundry mat before so I walked in obviously lost. Immediately I’m greeted by Alonso who says «May I help you?!». Ah, relief! I tell him I need change for a $ 5 then I’m immediately shown how to use the card machine. Still looking a bit lost, Toni steps in and completely helps me with the entire process. From buying the card, loading it with cash, telling me which washer to use, she even took my card and bought me the soap! Thank you Toni. :)
Love Toni, she was no nonsense but still very helpful. My kind of people.
Loved this place, I’ll be back the next time I need to wash my comforter again. First experience at a Laundry Mat was a success thanks to spin cycle. :D
