They have now closed shop here and have moved to a smaller place a few blocks East on Spring street. Driving Eastbound on Spring St. it’s on the left side before getting to Orange Dr. Took me a while to find it but hope this helps others!

I’ve only been here twice, got some strawberries, watermelon, and cantaloupe. They also have fresh free range eggs. Sadly there farm is no more, all the goods are coming from their Cypress farm, which is still fresh compare to buying produce from even the best Organic food store that probably traveled thousands of miles. The strawberries here are some of the best I’ve had so far, they are full of water and sweet, this is nice change compare to the over price organic strawberries from a organic food store, which aren’t juicy or full of water, nor sweet more of the time. The watermelon here aren’t big compare to the ones you get from Costco but they are really sweet. The Cantaloupe here are some of the best I’ve tasted. I bought mines, kept it in a dark place, totally forgot about it for 3 – 4 days. I just ate it tonight, it was really really sweet! So I saved the seed, going to grow some myself next Spring. I’d like to buy some eggs next time. AFAIK, natural eggs should have a much harder shell compare to their supermarket counter part and the yolk color should be on the deep orange side not yellow like the from the store.

So Awesome! Organic and fresh every time. The fruits and veggies are so yummy and all at really fair prices! I go there twice a week now for all my fresh fruits and veggies.

Such a cute little farm stand! I love how I can stop there and get some fresh produce in such an unlikely spot. I bought a zucchini that was almost 2 pounds! Everything I had tasted great — the white nectarines were super sweet. I’ll be back for sure!

Great produce. They even have some benches to have a quick snack.

Open Tuesday and Friday’s from 9am-6pm. They take cash and check. Great produce and great prices. They have the largest carrots, 2 – 3 and you will have a large glass of carrot juice.

This place is amazing! It is located in the middle of the city. The food is literally picked out of the ground and ready for purchase. The fruits and veggies that they offer here are either picked from this location or from the other farm that is in Cypress. The produce is so fresh and fragrant! Their prices are amazing and the staff is wonderful. I do not live so close to this location but I do commute to CSULB and will definitely stop by.

Their hours have changed, it seems. Not sure if it is just for the summer, but they’re now open 9am-6pm! That’s just a little bit more awesome. Bring cash or a check as payment. Right now they have some wonderful fresh fruits in season. Today I picked up some seedless red grapes that are PERFECT(crunch + flavor). The cantaloupe is INCREDIBLE(sweet and ripe)! If they have samples out, taste what they have. Typically their samples are of the best items they carry at any given time. Fridays are ALWAYS better. I guess they do not have enough business on Tuesdays to put all of the good stuff out.

Just a little one block long farm on Spring St close to LB Blvd. You can go and pick your veggies from the field if you like. Everything I’ve gotten from this little farm stand has been amazingly good. You can get fresh eggs as well harvested from the other side of the field that day! You can really tell the difference when you cook with fresh from the ground veggies. If they have them try their sugar snap peas. I’ve bought them in the chain markets and trader joes but never have they tasted so sweet and wonderful as these. Note: They’re only open on tuesdays and fridays. Cheers

I love this place and everyone in it! The produce is the best around and fairly priced. The eggs(especially the duck eggs and occasional goose egg) are out of this world. I have become a duck egg addict. The atmosphere there is totally positive, friendly and engaging. Kelli, her boss Mave, and Jessie walk their talk and can usually be found helping someone, advising someone, or just chatting and laughing. Kelli’s commitement to the community goes way beyond the farm itself and that means a great deal to me. Not to mention she always gathers a few treats for my bunny, Panda. This entire project, the Farm Lab, the produce stand, the scout butterfly garden and compost project, deserve all the support we can give them — a Long Beach treasure.

Best farm stand ever! I started regularly coming here over the summer. Prices are comparable to the local markets and everything tastes so fresh! Jessie is super nice and will always answer any gardening questions you have!
