Subway

Visited this location today and was treated so unprofessional, curt, annoyed and uninterested in the customer! The lady was rushing me, annoyed at the questions I asked and to top it off ADDED THE WRONG DRESSINGS. When I mentioned such she stated so what you want me yo do now??? I asked her make another one since she had disposed of the original sandwich. She said no way!!! Never will I visit this location!

I have a subway not even 2 mins from my house run by Italians and its great. Everyone who works there regardless of nationality speaks fluent english and is nice. I’ve also been to countless others run by indians and its perfectly fine as the employees speak fluent english and are again clean restaurants and nice staff. Now i go here after work and its pretty dirty, it smells like cleanx and they are SUPER SLOW!, there were 2 people ahead of me and it took 20 mins for me to get out of there like what the heck?!. But anyways, the women couldn’t understand when i said i wanted Cheddar cheese on my sandwich even tho it was right in front of her, asked if i wanted any chicken on my sandwich even though i ordered a chicken cutlet sandwich, and when i left i realized she charged me for a combo with a drink, chips and a sandwich even though i didn’t ask for it, receive a cup or take any chips. What a bait and switch operation, Im going to the many delis around this place was terrible. Probablly get better service from a ⁷⁄₁₁ and they don’t even talk to you in there !!! all they do is scan take money and give change and its fine
