Never ever ever ever coming here ever again! KARLA was my sandwich maker and her attitude is fucked up big time & she didn’t greet me or smile or nothing just got str8. I got the«foot long» to the point what kind of bread and what to put on it and my bread was coming apart and she put too much mayo and she only put 4 pieces of avocado and i got 30oz. the coupon said buy a 30oz and a FOOTLONG for only $ 5.00 but this BITCHCHARGEDME «30 oz & Foot Long & Chips & extra avocado(wow 4 little FUCKEN of avocado) & she charged Fresh Value Meal = 10.00 bucks but the coupon says but 30oz drink and foot long for 5BUCKS not 10. this bitch didn’t enter the coupon and she has a nasty ass attitude. and i opened my sandwich and the Avocado was brown and black —this is why im getting charged 1.50 for this brown and black avocado u got to be fucken kidding me … not coming her no more. and the lobby was dirty and flies every were, and the soda counter was messy and soda everywere!!! NASTYASSSSUBWAY!!! DONTCOMEHEREWORSECUSTOMERSERVICEEVER!!!

Usually like going to this subway and have no issues even when they are understaffed. But they get a one star for me waiting ten mins which was not an issue since only one guy was working. The issue was someone getting a small item and go before me. I don’t care if it’s cookies or whatever. If you have customers that have been waiting they should have priority. Anyways, ended up going to the subway down the street to long beach blvd.

I’m always satisfied getting grubb from this Subway, but today one of the employees was sooo rude. The way she put together the sandwich, the way she answered me(not even a «you’re welcome» after I kept saying«thank you») and the way she looked at me was just so unprofessional and I know she’s capable of being nice because she was being sweet to the few ppl ahead of me. I don’t like dealing with workers who look like they’re unhappy to be working and serving people, why are you even working? Learn some customer service skills. I deff should have asked for your name. Don’t let this stop you from going to this Subway, though, because the food is always good. 4 stars.

Subway is Subway but we had a very pleasant experience at this location so I felt compelled to write about it. Jainish made the most beautiful subway sandwich I have ever seen. Also, we got a free cookie, can’t complain about that. The soda I got was a bit flat but that’s the only criticism I have about our experience tonight!

The staff here are polite, courteous and very friendly. They take pride in their work and it’s a plus when your sandwich maker doesn’t have a fuchi face. The store itself is clean and is easy to access. I tend to stop at this one more so for the great staff.

Never ever ever ever coming here ever again! The sandwich maker I had didn’t know what sanitary means. She killed a damn bug, didn’t even change her gloves, and continued making sandwiches! Disgusting bitch! She don’t work here anymore and I can’t begin to think how she got hired in the first place! Another time, I came here before going hiking and grabbed sandwiches with my boyfriend. This sandwich maker had the audacity to be like«yeah, I don’t like spinach and onions on my breakfast sandwich it’s like weird and gross» wtfff is she thinking? Talking about MY sandwich with anther customer in front of me? You a dumb worker! Make my sandwich and don’t comment when nobody asked for it! I wish I got her nAme! Ugh worse place ever! Peace out!

My partner was getting his tattoo across the street at Dream Jungle Tattoo and we were getting hungry so I was able to sneak away for a bit and put together a very yummy sandwich. This subway was no different than any other real subway that I’ve been to except their counter tops were like mini refrigerator screens. I’m not sure if all subways are doing that, but it was cool to them close the lids and cover the vegetables/meats when there was no line, and easily pop it back open when customers were rearin’ to go. One of the workers was really nice and she asked me how I was doing so I politely asked her the same. In case any one is interested as to which sandwich I made which is AMAZING, btw: BLT Flatbread toasted lettuce tomatoes onions banana peppers jalapenos cilantro olive oil & vinegar salt & pepper light mayo chipotle sauce

Being a chain restaurant and there was nothing wrong with their ingredients, this is a review about service. I have gone there twice in the past month and twice there have been different employees, but exceptional service. The first time, C and I walked in and was greeted by a young man, totally from Khmer Town, and was given the friendliest service and even made small talk(it wasn’t busy). He greeted the folks that came in as we were leaving with just as much friendliness as he did with us. Second time, we luckily got in before the dinner rush. A dude was at the«starting point» and even though his chipper coworker greeted us right after finishing up with someone else, he didn’t even turn around. He just kinda gave her the«will you take them, too?» look. Maybe he was finishing something up, but girl, word of advice(especially if he’s NOT your manager) — if he does that to you again after you JUST finished servicing someone, tell dude to do it. I was going to stick up for you, but he seemed just plain grouchy. Anyway, homegirl double timed with us and Easy Order Dude behind us. Talk about great multi-tasking! She was fun and friendly and we threw a couple jokes her way. She gave us humbly apologetic eyes when Rude Customer behind us kept interrupting her sandwich artistry and had to do her thing and answer questions. I wish Unilocal could do reviews on shitty customers, but I guess that’s what Craig’s List is for.

Even if you like Subway avoid this place like the plague at the lunch rush. The owner really thinks he’s helping by micromanaging everything and barking orders at the teens. I don’t know what sandwich college he graduated from, but it just slows everything down to do everything«assembly line» style. And it makes the halfwits jack your order up as they pass it along, asking the same question for the fourth time, adding layer after layer of Aquanet, pickle juice, angst, and stale dreams to the outside of your sandwich with each new pair of grubby, angry, adolescent hands. «Oil and vinegar?» «Lots of vinegar, no oil» [Picks up oil bottle] «No, no oil!» «Oh, ok,» as she squirts oil on it. Thanks. Thanks for the extra, pointless 150 calories on that. And thanks for using the same knife you used to slice Mongo’s jalepeno, bacon, mustard, ranch sandwich in half. I like the first bite of my sandwich to make me gag. Keeps me thin.

I’m a fan of Subway sammiches. They are lifesavers for me. When I’m out and about, I usually pick up a turkey on wheat with selected veggies just to have in the fridge in case I am at a lost for something simple and decent when it is time to play«What’s that number!» with the glucose meter. This location is closet to me. I grudgingly go here when I don’t want to venture far from home on those days when I’d rather sit around looking like a hag. And though Unilocalers complain about chain reviews, I must say that though the food is rather uniform with corporate standards, the service, location and other factors make the difference. Though the sandwich is decent this place blows, man. Ba — lows. The parking in this little bustling center is not easy. It is better for me to simply walk here. There is a high turnover of staff as, other than the owners, there are always different sandwich artists here. The owners are not friendly to ANY of their customers and are in fact, pretty gruff. I see why there is a high turnover. Lately I’ve noticed that the Alpha of that pack, the male owner, collects the 5 bucks for a foot long(for a limited time only at a Subway near you) and places it in the register. He doesn’t ring it up or give you a receipt. I guess you can do what the hell you want with your business, but dang… don’t be so obvious. Not that I need a receipt, but like I said, they are kinda grouchy so I’m sure there would be words between us. The short lady with glasses is the meanest. Don’t worry, you’ll know her by her scowl. Please have your order all ready when it’s your turn or she will most certainly make you feel like you are an indecisive 5 year old. I noticed that I am the first to review this spot even though I’ve reviewed four other Subway spots… so far. I guess my fellow Unilocalers who cross paths in my hood summarily avoid this one as well. Whew, I thought it was just me.
