Sunlight Motel

Now I know where to go when I’m in LBC area and I need a place to crash or for the weekend. Mike Jr. What an amazing person great customer service and the place is clean no roaches the floors and the bathrooms are well decorated and above all. The area is beautiful. Definitely a must stay. I’ve had my share of motel stays and this was easily one of the best that I’ve stayed at. I felt safe and didn’t worry about my belongings when I stepped out.
I’m not hard to please, so long as the room is clean and generally quiet. It’s also conveniently located not too far from a CVS just in case you need some beverages or snacks.
The staff at Sunlight Motel were friendly and accommodating when I requested extra pillows. If you’re looking to stay someplace without all the extra fancy stuff, I would easily recommend Sunlight Motel to others.

Very nice place. Was looking for a nice quiet place for the weekend. Rooms were very clean. Staff was very professional and friendly. Would definitely stay again.

Any 1 of color… pass this place by… I was very disrespected by these foreign owners… After I paid for three days. I requested the bathtub hold water… asked 4 stopper or fix the latch… He came in to view the situation saying we just put this in… These dumb dumbs… did not see if the lever worked b4 tile installed… He looked foolish with his backward azz… I told him cigarette smoke was coming in my room… If he could as the smokers to move from the building… He started raising his voice @ me. tell me I could get out… fucker must a forgot I paid already… I slamed the door in his face. and locked the door… He steady saying get out… I called the cops… them sapsuckers. said 2 me… no crime committed it’s a civil problem. would not send a car… .but when the business owner called… they show up. I’m double pissed… police want me to open door… I’m refused. I mm talk in through a window… I mm told that mutherfucker to give me my money. bac… we back and forth… i went and took a shower… repacked my things .told that illerate simpleton. to give me my money …. He went to get my $$$$$ 200.00. I loaded my car. And left… so don’t spend any money wit these jackazzes. I thought it would be good bcuz it’s around the corner from my church… These foreign folks come and get business… and treat Americans wrong… hope they business go up in smoke.

I stayed here one night about two weeks ago. I drove around this area of Long Beach looking at Marriotts and stuff like that and the average price was 250 bucks. I’m just not that fancy so when I drove up to the sunlight I was instantly drawn to the $ 80 price tag.
The guy at the desk was nice enough and he showed me the three rooms that he had available. I went for the room that had the big bathtub in it. I think it was room number three.
I parked my car right out front of my room and I felt safe there. It was clean, quiet and there was no Long Beach riffraff rummaging around.
I did find this place on Unilocal and not too many people leave reviews it’s a five-​star place you’ll love it!

rude rude rude i will never again visit this establishment again. they have ultimate no people skills and zero customer service. they charged my credit even though i did nit stay there. i agreed to a cancellation fee but i guess they needed the money!!!

Not bad for $ 65 room was decent size… no bed bugs. Nice hot steamy shower… Close to grocery stores and a shopping center… bed was nice and comfortable… Definitely will come back

I stayed here for a week when I was house hunting. It’s a great place equipped with all the amenities that you would need. Refrigerator, T. V, Air conditioner and a small dining table. Most importantly, it is clean and a great place to stay if you are looking for affordable accommodation. The owner was very warm and helpful in all regards.

Comfortable, cosy and reasonably priced. Close to Shopping center on Atlantic, great for professionals on the go. Next to Ralph’s Supermarket.
