Actually NO STARS ! What EVER you do, do not go to this store to make a payment! Every single time that I have had to go in here to make a payment I am put on a list and promised that the wait will be from 5 – 10 minutes. ALWAYS, ALWAYS a lie ! Today I went in, after promising myself I wouldn’t do this again after the last month’s experience (I must be a glutton for punishment!), but I went next door to Papa’s John to order pizza first, knowing I’d be waiting in line forever at T-​mobile. I wanted to see which would be finished first, knowing that this was a busy Friday.
As usual, I was put on the list told the usual LIE and told to sit in a corner. (Yes, an actual corner!) After 15 minutes of sitting, I see two separate customers walk right up to the front cashier counter and immediately get serviced. I know what you’re thinking– «They probably had appointments or called ahead?» Nope, because I have actually called ahead and STILL had to wait ! These folk were just allowed to be slick ! One guy started with the olé «Do you have a cell phone cover that fits my phone?» And ended up upgrading his phone ! How do I know? Because after 30 + minutes, I went up to the front and watch these slicksters manipulate the system. Can’t hate the players, but you can hate this game being played!
So I get the attention of a sales rep who was nonchalantly dancing to the store’s music and ask about the infamous list I was placed on. You already know what happened, right? «Oh, here you are, you’re next.» (I literally watched them cross out the other names on the list-​LMBO! Glad I spoke up or I’d probably still be in that store now ! I did ask about those mysterious walk-​in customers and was given the «Oh they were already being worked on …» I HAD to give him the Little Wayne Staleface ! Ridiculous service every single time! DO NOT DO IT MY PEOPLE !

Just the beginning of March I started a line with a LA t-​mobile & had asked for the 4 lines & they messed up my account by putting 6 lines which had my bill at $ 600 I walk into this t-​mobile & it was the best ! The sales representative Ryan McDonnell helped me out so much, he fixed my lines & even sold me some accessories for my new phone ! He was very helpful & patient with me !

Unfortunately I will have to eat my words. I can’t speak about change in management but the regular worker bees whom helped me out in my first review are gone and so is the quick helpful service that I crowed about. I have been in here twice now in the last couple of weeks. This place has maybe 6 or 7 associates working on the same shift. Too bad that you will see 2 or 3 of them bunched up together chit chatting about whatever while there’s a line of folks waiting for service. Also I have to add that this is probably a generational thing but LOWER the damned music! Very unprofessional.

First and foremost let me say I’d give this location negative two stars if it allowed me to. I had an incident where my phone was stolen and I had to get a new one. I called my insurance and after being on the phone with them for what seemed like a lifetime they were of no help so I called T-​Mobile customer care and spoke with a representative by the name of Karen who told me instead of waiting the one business day for the phone I would be able to pay my deductible in any t-​mobile location and they would give me a phone, I called this same location the same day and spoke to a man by the name of Juan who verified what the rep told me. I even clarified twice so I wouldn’t waste my time driving all the way to the location. So I get to the location on Tuesday which was ³⁄₁₅ and I walk into the store at about 8:40 just before they are about to close and I’m greeted by ABSOLUTELY NO ONE! I walk to where I see some other associates congregating with one another and walk up to a sales associate by the name of Ilse and I explain the situation and she seemed very dry and uninterested in helping me. She tells me I’d have to pay the deductible for the insurance claim in addition to paying the down payment for a phone because I would have to upgrade to a phone other than my iPhone. So I ask why would I upgrade to a phone that I wouldn’t want? So the «manager» Alessandra who attempted to speak to me like I was uneducated or couldn’t understand properly proceeded to tell me the same thing the other employee did. She contacted customer care and I spoke with a supervisor who was far more helpful than anyone in this store and when I told the supervisor I wasn’t leaving the location without a phone, Ilse looked over at her «manager» Alessandra and said she wasn’t staying passed closing for my problem (she probably didn’t know I heard her because I was on the phone with customer care), which I wasn’t asking her to btw because she didn’t help me anyway. Not to mention they (including the manager) were on their phones laughing and joking while I had a real issue but they could care less because they all had their phones, clearly since they were on them. I had never been to that location prior to that and I will never return. Everyone is unprofessional and unwilling to help and to add insult to injury no one ever sympathized with my situation or asked if there was anything that they could do to help. I wasted my time and gas! This is probably the worse T-​Mobile location I’ve been to and I’m thankful they aren’t my home store and I won’t ever have to go there again.

This is the nearest T-​Mobile to where I live. Every time I come to this location, I never get greeted. Instead, several employees stand by the registers just staring at me and other customers. I literally walked around for 30 min before I made a scene and asked the one of the 47 employees if they could help me get the damn case I was staring at for 25 min. I swear the employees that work at this location are not text sawvy whatsoever. I asked a simple question that I already knew the answer to
I just wanted to test their knowledge. Three of them answered differently and they were all wrong. I feel like this is a prank show, but these are actual T-​Mobile employees. Stay away from this place unless you want to be an actor in Zombieland 2.

I came to this store once before and the experience was bad. After so long, I was In a rush to pay my bill before they cut it off so I came to my last resort. I got helped by Marisol and she made my day! She seemed so happy and enthusiastic even when it came down to paying my bill, she resolved my unanswered questions that no other tmobile could have. They were as small as «why was there over charges» I had an app called tmobile tv that I didn’t know I had and the tmobile on 6^th St could have easily told me. i will be coming here agian. Ask for Marisol she will help you with whatever you need!

I’m so upset at this people bunch of Liers and untrained people better watch out they tell you all things you have when you got nothing insurance for instance.
I made sure they would put insurance on my phone they said i did have it when i didn’t.
They messed up.

Not only are the wait times at this t mobile horrible (even when it’s totally dead.) the employees lie to you about carrier policies. I went here to get an iPhone 6s because it was the only store that I could find that had one and I had been looking for weeks. I THOUGHT I was signing up for an installment plan that I could pay off as soon as I got paid. That’s what the employee said when I asked him if I could pay it off. I asked several times to be sure, and I was assured that yes, I could pay off the remaining balance of what I owed whenever I want.
So I come back about 3 weeks later with the money to pay off what I owe on the phone. A different employee helped me this time and told me that I was NOT on an installment plan like I was told, I was on a lease. I was also told that I couldn’t pay off what I owed on the phone. Ever. So now I’m stuck with a 2 year lease on this phone that I can’t get out of. I would have never willingly bought this phone if I knew couldn’t pay it off.
If you like waiting half an hour to get screwed over into a lease you don’t want by lying employees, this T-​Mobile location is perfect for you!

The girls there only care about looking all pretty and suck at doing their job. They really don’t know what they are doing. I might as well go to the one on Lakewood, they always answer my questions and get the job done, they are also the prettiest.

Terrible service 20 minute wait for a charger, battery on 5% is my only reason for not leaving.

After reading the terrible reviews for this location I was hesitant to go. I just needed a nano SIM card so went ahead and tried this location. I received excellent service, everyone was very attentive, and they helped me with my new phone that my son purchased for me from a non t-​mobile location. I think they’ve got their act together because I was delighted with the excellent service. Give them a try.

I came in tonight to open up a extra line for my mom on a old school blackberry and everything went smooth, the girl working there was nice and funny, i did not get her name but she did an excellent job especially when it was close to closing hours. I never had a bad experience when i come to this location, i also came here when the note 5 was release and i also had a good experience, plus the girl working there that day was also a Cowboys fan so it was great.

Service sucks here. Most of the employees just stood at the counter, 6 employees. No one asked me if I needed assistance for the 30 minutes I was in there. I decided to wait in line, only 2 was actually working the register. After 10 minutes me and the woman in front of me got cut in line and they helped that man before us. One of the girls working was messing around with the Bluetooth speaker playing her music from her phone. T-​Mobile better hire a new team to represent them more professional. These girls were more busy worrying about their appearances than the customers. Never going to that location again.

This is the worst place to get your phone! Dude walks around with the clipboard and takes down everyone’s name and why they are there, but passes by me and my girl 3 times to ask other people if they need help. Smh

I have been a T-​Mobile subscriber for about three years. Bought my I Phone from them. In the beginning the service was ok. But it wasn’t long before T-Mobile’s customer service reps began to manipulate my account without my knowledge or consent. First instance, they changed my account from a single to a family account and it resulted in additional charges. I wouldn’t have caught it if I didn’t call them to review my contract.
In the second instance, I called them to downgrade my service, they made the change but backordered the change without my knowledge again and my bill doubled. After arguing with them they admitted their error and adjusted my bill. The first mistake I made was to authorize auto pay. NEVER GIVE T-​MOBILE AUTHORIZATION FOR AUTO PAY! They just can’t resist the temptation of manipulating your account behind your back. T-​Mobile reps are masters of manipulation and will go the distance to squeeze an extra dollar out of you. I wouldn’t be surprised if they were on commission because they are so relentless at prying money out of you. It’s only a matter of time before such unethical business practices will catch up to T-​Mobile and they go out of business. T– Mobile is the absolute worse cell phone company to do business with. I regret ever having such an experience. But maybe my unfortunate experiences with T-​Mobile will be of benefit to someone else. In closing, be carful about trusting T-​Mobile and frequently call customer service to review your account and service, you may discover that you are being overcharged by these very skillful masters of manipulation.

Been here a few times it’s busy sometime you’ll have to wait a bit but the staff is pretty good. Transfered my phone over both the young ladies who assisted me did a really good job even though I was a Lil uptight they hooked me up good job and I will be returning

The other times I’ve been here, I’ve had to wait in line for more than 30 minutes (no joke!) So this time I came in coz I wanted to know why my phone would just freeze in the middle of whatever I was doing. But when I got there, my phone had completely died. And the guy that «helped» me (I think his name was Carlos) said that he couldn’t do anything and to come back when it was charged. And I asked him if there was a charger that maybe I can charge my phone with, since the last time I was there with my dad, the lady that helped him used one of the many chargers they had laying around on their table to charge his phone, which by the way they use to charge their own phones. WTH! How are you a major cell phone store/​company and not have the equipment to help your customers… CUSTOMERS THAT ARE PAYING MORE THAN $ 100 A MONTH FOR SERVICE?! If I’m paying that much, I expect some decent help. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

I wish I have gotten the name of the lady that helped me out last time with all my questions and inquiries, she was very helpful and provided great customer service. However, I was in this particular location the other day and when I asked Justine regarding an upgrade for my phone, she responded that I need to order the phone online myself and pay full price. Yeah, thanks I’m already in the store! This is the reason why I came by and waited in line; to get «help» and find solution. I’m taking my business elsewhere.

So, my husband and I came here today. And I’m baffled at how this location is way less busy than the downtown long beach location and bigger, yet it is so slow here to get any help! There was only one person working the customer assistance line. My husband was 2^nd in line and we had been here for half an hour. This is a poor excuse of a business! The staff doesn’t seem to care whether the line gets longer and longer either.
Worst T-​Mobile location ever. Won’t ever come back here again!

Really Lazy worker, no customer service, especially the guy with his eye brow done and his super tight jeans, I’m assuming he’s the manager since his shirt color is different from the others. Customers comes first buddy.
