EXCELLENT SERVICE AND HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I called Document Diva (LaShon) around 5PM for a notary service at 8PM and she was there for me. She was prompt, professional and courteous. She was very responsive on the phone and answered all my questions. Call her if you need something done.

I loved The Document Diva. LaShon has a great personality and she is definitely an expert in her field. Her punctuality is something every Californian needs to learn. She comes to her appointments right on time to the minute. How awesome is that? I needed an urgent Apostille from WA and she took care of it for me. I was nervous to get everything done on time and she did with three days to spare. I can’t be happier, and I will definitely use her services again.

EXCELLENT SERVICE! The Document Diva came through for me in a pinch! I was in need of a Notary in a less than 24 hour timeframe. We set an appointment and she met me at my Attorney’s office in order for me to sign and process my loan /closing real estate documents. The Document Diva was very professional, courteous, and awesome! Even when I had an issue with questions on some of the docs, I had to make several phone calls for clarification and she was very patient and helped me out tremendously to get through the signing. Great service !!! I had absolutely no experience in using a notary before and when I found this one I emailed her late at night with many questions. I live in NYC but my brother lives in Long Beach. We needed something notarized by a particular type of notary and my lawyer in Pennsylvania found The Document Diva for us! I called her and made an appointment for her to go to my brother’s house so that I knew it would get done. Her prices are very reasonable and I paid in advance on her site through PayPal. She called both of us a few hours before the appointment to confirm, and now everything is done. I cannot explain my gratitude for how easy she made the process and how dependable and courteous she was. Truly top-notch service!
