Marilyn is a LASH GODDESS! I was running late for our appointment and she was so calming and patient. Once I arrived she put me right at ease and got started. We were talking the entire time like life long friends, so I was shocked when she was sitting me up because I couldn’t believe we were already finished. When I looked on the mirror au was so happy because these are hands down the most beautiful eye lash extensions I have ever had!!!

I have been going to Marilyn for over a year, but really felt compelled to write a review now. The reason being that she went above and beyond in service to stay super late to get me in for a fill the day before I was leaving for vacation. I LOVE Marilyn! Not only is she very sweet, professional, friendly, and awesome, she is an expert in her field. I have been to a couple of other eyelash only salons, in OC and LA, and after a couple fills decided it wasn’t for me. Mainly because after a few weeks, my lashes were crooked, twisted, and generally in bad shape. I can honestly say that after over a year of non-​stop eyelash extensions, I have never had a bad experience with Marilyn. She always does a fantastic job and I have never received as many compliments on my lashes. She works hard to make time for you and she cares about how you look. Lashes are definitely a luxury, but it’s totally worth it in time and money saved on makeup. And, thanks to Marilyn, I now have an addiction :-)

At first I was really skeptical about getting my eyelashes done/​I had them done prior to actually knowing about the procedure and I was not impressed with the outcome. However, a couple of weeks later I found Marilyn Timeless Lashes while searching online; and I was still a little skeptical until I sat down with her for the first time.
I will never go anyplace else to get my lashes done unless I left the state of CA permanently. She is extremely professional and is excellent at her craft. I am constantly getting nice comments made regarding my lashes. I have never experienced any irritation with glue or etc. and have never been disappointed. They add definition to my look and they look so very natural. I love love my eyelashes!!! FF

I have been a client of Marilyn’s for over two years now. She applies your lashes with such quality and care as she is a skilled professional!!! In my two years as a client, I have always been able to make timely appointments and she bends over backwards to accommodate me and my schedule. Her price is reflective of her work but she is still not expensive. I get compliments DAILY so I know my lashes look great. Worth every cent I spend. I have had other lashes applied (pre-​Marilyn) and they were awful. Marilyn takes such care of my lashes and I would never go anywhere else.

Prior to my previous post, I had such a great experience coming in for my first time getting eyelash extensions. Marilyn is full of personality and knowledge.
However, whenever I had a question or wanted to schedule a date for touch up, it was difficult to get a hold of her :(so now I’m thinking of finding a new place :(((

Came in for a first time fill (at 3 weeks). expecting to pay $ 60.00. Was told I needed ALL of my lashes removed and full set redone for $ 160. $ 160 for an hours work. people with Masters and PhDs don’t make $ 160/​hour. For eyelashes? Sorry, NO.
I left and went back to my regular girl (Lash Land LA) who is awesome but is in Studio City. She removed the ones that had grown out and filled for $ 60. My lashes looked amazing again for $ 100 less than what Marilyn wanted to charge.

Over a year now and going strong, it’s definitely a myth if you’re told lashes need a break. I cannot image myself without my extensions and because Marilyn is such a professional I don’t have to! If you’re worried about extensions then make this your first place to go and don’t make the mistake of going anywhere after and damaging your natural lash you need every single one!

I’ve been coming to Marylin for about 6 months now. From my very first set to 6 months later my lashes look natural and glamorous. She takes her time on every single lash like she was doing her own. If you want her to hook you up, you can text her and she’ll let you know what your options are if the time and day you want aren’t available. She’ll do anything she can to see you as soon as possible. Her office suite is in a spacious free parking lot. She’s easy to find after your first visit. I was a little scared to get them at first but she’s not only great at lashes but she’s a great person who will make you feel comfortable and safe on which lash is perfect for your eyes. I get compliments daily on my eyelashes and of course I lie and say they are mine lol. Thanks to Marylin and her amazing work and quality lashes I feel confident about my eyes every single day.

I would say that you never get a second chance for a first impression … 2 days to reply to a very cordial text I sent and when I attempted to confirm the appointment, never got a response. Low rating reviews are not meant to discourage a business, but rather to find solutions to enhance its services.

Marilyn is freakin’ amazing! She does a fantastic job, works with your schedule and is always full of positive energy.

Marilyn is an absolute artist. Not only is her work beautiful, but she was able to squeeze me in last minute as a brand new client. I was in the Longbeach area for a work related convention and decided to get my lashes done for a party. Marilyn responded promptly and answered all my questions. Great experience for a first time «eyelash virgin».

She is your go to girl, especially for newbies like me. I got my lashes done for the first time with Marylin. She did an amazing job. To begin I was running late and she was still willing to wait for me. When I got there we discussed what I wanted and she recommended I use two types of curls, C and D I believe. We also discussed length and I told her I wanted to keep me original length since she mentioned they where already long but straight. I mentioned I wanted a natural look, and she went to work. It took about 1 hr 30 minutes, it was painless and she walked me through the process of she would be doing. Then when she was done I was thrilled by how natural they looked, she gave me some brushes for the lashes, instructions and told me to call or text if I have any questions at any point. She even offered to reschedule my fill up since I can only make it after 5 pm. My partner said they looked very natural and he liked them.

She is amazing. Love love how she did my eyelashes the first time that I’ve kept going. I don’t let any one else but her do my lashes. I love it. She does an amazing work. She’s friendly and you’ll have a good convo with her while she does your lashes. For lashes and long lasting she’s your girl. I surf, dive and I’ve travel to the point where I have no time to refill and they have lasted longer that what my friends lashes have lasted from other places. Love her.

Thank you Unilocal for helping me find my eyelash angel because she’s AWESOME!!! I’ve been looking for a steady eyelash person and FINALLY found her. I’ll be honest… The «initiation» price is a little over then what I normally pay, but with the touch ups and her work. It’s TOTALLY WORTH IT!
I loved her, besides the fact that she’s beautiful.
She’s super personable, seems like she loves her job and does a bomb ass job.
She won’t disappoint.

I dont know how busy she is or if she just doesn’t accept new clients anymore but she never replied to my messages! I called her and she didn’t answer, so I emailed her and I never received an email back, I even checked my junk mail. So I waited about a week and I sent her a text message and days went by and I never received any contact from her again. I even sent her a text message from a friend’s number because we both wanted to get eyelash extensions for my wedding day and nothing! I even wrote in the text message that it was for my wedding day. I honestly think if I’m not a customer of hers already she won’t bother to make time. Don’t bother contacting her or trying to book an appointment. She obviously doesn’t care about new clients.
Just in case you claim that you never received any messages from a Monica, I have everything saved on my phone. I even checked Facebook and I saw you were out of town and I waited to contact you after those days.

Marilyn came to my rescue! I needed my eyelashes touched up and my regular eyelash lady was in labor! Long story short, she took me in almost immediately and my experience was wonderful from beginning to end! She’s a sweetheart and managed to not bore me lol (I’ve been told I have a short attention span) I will definitely be coming back. =) I’m an eyelash junkie and I feel the need to add that these eyelashes she applied are actually lasting a lot longer then my previous set! SHES AMAZING!

Amazing ! There is not one bad thing I can say about Marilyn. Professional, sweet and funny. I absolutely love my eyelashes, glad I finally found someone local who can get them exactly the way I like them for a great price. Cannot wait to go back in for a fill. Definitely telling all my friends.

Great lashes and in shop service. This lady is very busy which is very unfortunate for me. I loved my first set.
I have removed stars because I have been texting (what I was told was the best way to communicate) for 3 days. My appointment that was much needed was canceled for an emergency from a wedding party she was doing that weekend. I said fine. She assured me she would take care of me and I am in dire need because I am going away and I cant even get a text message back.
If this is how you treat first time lash wearers with concerns then I don’t need to return. Once again the original visit was a pleasure its just after you are on your own.

I got a full set of eyelashes done by her for my bday for $ 150 but I did tip her as well cause of the amazing job she did. After getting my eyelashes done I had moments when I forgot I had them done because it felt like there was nothing glued to my eyelashes while my eyelashes were looking more full, voluminous, and longer.
Marilyn is great at what she does. She loves being an eyelash technician and that’s what sets her apart. In order to be good at anything, you need to love doing it; in this case Marilyn seemed passionate about her work. She knows her stuff and her quality work is presented in her loyal clients.

I finally gave in to my desires for luscious lashes after seeing Marilyn’s work on an old co-​worker. I wasn’t disappointed!
The actual process was pretty painless — she asked me what look I was trying to achieve and then had me lay down to assess what she could do to reach my aesthetic goal. It didn’t hurt that she effortlessly held conversation for 2 hours, which really felt like 1.
In the end, Marilyn helped me achieve the «I woke up like this» no-​makeup look that I have wanted for years!!! I’ve gotten a lot of compliments on my lashes, and they definitely look natural enough that they don’t actually look like extensions. :O) Thanks, girl!
