I had Luis over to look at my guestroom and make suggestions on appropriate draperies and window coverings. He was professional and caring while showing me many options. He had me choose from a wide variety of products. Luis told me it would be about two weeks until installation. As promised, he called me two weeks later and asked if the next day was good for installation. Again, he showed up promptly with his crew and my room was finished in no time with excellent results! I was so impressed with his company that I have him working on another project for me.

I contacted Luis on 11−12−14 to schedule an appointment for 11−13−14 at 3pm. Per Luis’ request I texted him the address and confirmed the date and time of the appointment… which Luis acknowledged. So it is now 3:10pm and I just got off the phone with Luis… wondering where they were. His response was priceless… something along the lines of him being out of town and going back in then asking me what I needed done to my house and that he could go there. Time is valuable… especially when I was flexible with his scheduling preferences. There was only one other review which happened to have similar concerns on timeliness. I know nothing of the quality of work that Luis does but based off his terrible time and client management I would not use him… ever
