Always a pleasant visit when I come. I guess I always have good timing. Lol. They did change it up a bit still looks nice more parking which is a plus. Security is always in a great mood. I’m usually greeted at the door once one foot literally steps in. I loved how one time I asked someone for assistance and he did not hesitate to help me. Soon after I realized he was on break silly me. I come here about every 2 – 3 months. Love the coupons in the mail. Use them every visit well worth it especially during school season and holidays.

I cannot imagine a worst employee better yet she was the «manager» than JENNY. I love Wss shoes and was excited one opened closer to my area where I don’t have to drive all the way to the lb Blvd location but now I’d rather take that extra trip if I know I’ll be getting better customer service. She should be fired for how rude she is to customers and her employees. My friends that live near say the same. My sister and I witnessed her yelling at an employee for something so ridiculous. I personally think a manager should keep cool and professional at least in front of customers when talking to them. Anyways we asked for help seeing she wasn’t busy and she acted as if she was «too good» to help us find a shoe brand. She said «some one else could help you.» And we where waiting but knew everyone was busy that’s why we asked her and we say her shirt said manager and she wasn’t the only one who was at register. Her rude attitude when we said it’s this brand do you think you might have it? She responded I told you some one will be here to help! What? Okay? No, and we’re very patient people but she was really negative and unprofessional I even want to reach corporate and tell them how their employees are acting towards their customers. I’ll be shopping at different locations for the mean time. Don’t try getting help from JENNY she’s no good. Although ask for anyone else.

Great variety in footwear at affordable prices. The staff was great as well. It is not my first or last time here.

I purchased a pair of vans a couple of weeks ago for my rough and tumble 8 yr old boy. Well they fell apart. I am accustomed to replacing his shoes every 3 – 4 mths but this was crazy! I brought them back to WSS and even though their policy requires receipt and or box the manager Jennifer made an accommodation for me. I am a single mom and really could not afford another pair so needless to say I am very appreciative. They even helped me pick a pair more durable. They have sealed me as a customer.

I come by from time to time to snatch up some shoes & clothes for me & my family. The security guards are cool. The staff seem very friendly. In my honest opinion. They’ve always check on the customers to see if we need assistance. Got a cool as hell acquaintance I know who works there who is very helpful & professional. They got very good deals. And I love to take in those $ 15 & $ 25 off coupons there to save even more if you spend $ 65 & $ 99 or more. Who can beat that? My wife likes the clothes. We always leave with some pretty cool stuff that my kids like. 2 of the coolest workers @that location are so helpful. what up to Harvey & Cecil. You’re doing a great job.

This is for their loss prevention employee Brendan. This dude was completely rude and asked to look in my girls purse as we were leaving after purchasing 4 pair of shoes.
My girl who hands were full with bags refused this request and Brendan said we were banned from the store now.
After talking with the manager Jose he agreed that Brendan was in the wrong and said he would have a chat with him. He also lifted the «ban» from his store.
I am going to call corporate on Monday and let them know about Brendan’s behavior. I don’t usually get upset with people who are just doing their jobs but this dude attitude took it to a who different level.

Awesome! I love WSS you could walking with 50 bucks and walk out with three pairs of shows. Some brand name, some not but they sure are serviceable.
The prices here are unheard of. Not at the reebok outlet. NOWHERE comes close and the staff is friendly and helpful.
