I want this place to be gone. As someone who lives in this neighborhood and walks down Crescent Street on a daily basis, I know that this store is not what we needed in this new space as part of the Packard Square complex. It appears that they sell a handful of generic dresses, the only difference being the color, and the store is only open from 11am to 6pm. I’ve never passed by when it’s been open. I really don’t know who will ever shop there. As far as I can tell, it’s a store waiting to close. Hopefully the occupant after that will have groceries, or be a little pub, or a pizza place, or something the residents of the Queens Plaza area of LIC can actually use.
