It’s my neighborhood Chinese restaurant, and I’m a fan of the prices and generous portions. Everything I’ve tried here so far has been good, although the General Tso Chicken is my favorite. They have a couple tables inside if you want to enjoy the loud thump of strip club music from Scandals next door. Hah! But it’s best for take-​out or delivery. The minimum order for delivery is $ 7, so last time I got an item from the lunch menu line-​up plus an order of shrimp toast.
By the way, it’s Cheng, not Chang. I would know because they have filled the hall of my apartment building with paper menus many a time.
