Chase Bank

This is a pretty decent Chase location! One of the few good businesses on Queens Plaza. I work across the street, so I come here fairly often. It’s never busy, even during lunch hours. They obviously take customer service very seriously. The teller’s are very polite and pleasant, and there’s always a greater at the door offering his assistance. There are 3 ATMs and they always work… what’s not to like.
If I gave them 4 stars it would be because I hate working on Queens Plaza and I’m annoyed that I have to come here… but I won’t hold that against them. Five stars from me for good basic banking.

One of the banks my company uses is right by my job and near all the connecting trains at Queensboro Plaza.
Had an issue with incorrect charges, the banker told me what was needed to process the claim along with his future business plans (how he plans on quitting Chase soon since he feels they don’t pay him enough). I got him the requested information and he settled my issue.
They don’t have a greeter like most banks so you pretty much have to figure out who you bring your problem to. The company I work for makes deposits at multiple banks, at this one the Chase teller asked me to write out deposit slips. Writing out deposit slips can be a little time consuming especially since I work in a fast pace environment. Usually at other banks the teller inputs the deposit information while it scanning and is finished in a matter of 1 – 2 minutes.
The last time I made a deposit here, the teller on the left was being trained, the teller in the center was talking to a customer who I assume is his friend since they were discussing plans for the evening and gossiping (funny, since one of the bankers had a girl waiting on him who brought him lunch and then sat down to chat with him about their plans). I had to wait about 5 – 10 minutes before a teller on the right came to the window to offer her service.
Banks are meant to be convenient, I don’t like to feel that I’m waiting a half an hour just to get something done which takes less than 5 minutes.

One Word: CONVENIENCE
You get off at Queensboro Plaza from the 7, N, or Q and once you head down the stairways, you’ll see Chase Bank right on the corner, right next to a Dunkin Donuts. Plenty of ATMs to withdrawal/​deposit or whatever the hell you need to do
