MY EXPERIENCE AND SERVICES ARE SATISFACTORY!
There are many scams on the internet and I will have to say with my experience it is not!
Called the florist the other day to order beautiful flowers for my sisters birthday. The operator was very helpful and helped me choose my flowers carefully and asked me lots of questions to see what I was ordering for what period and time I wanted delivered! While I was ordering, the operator let me know that they have other services that they can provide, such as weddings, sympathy &, funerals, romanac occassions. They offered me with my purchace if I would like a non-​floral gift, which was great! My sister was so happy with her gift that I ordered, that made me very happy. The prices were unbeatable and I know that I will choose them again. They deliver in time and with care! GREAT JOB GUYS!!!

To add to the horrible reviews — Just… AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.
Ordered thank you flowers on behalf of my boss, to give to one of the other assistants on the team for the holidays, and they arrived looking like I’d bought them at some low-​end cheap grocery store flower case — 5 red unopened roses and plastic shiny silver balls as ‘filler’. I could have done better with bodega flowers, and my boss even paid for an upgraded bouquet!!!
I was appalled and embarrassed, and called and raised hell right away. I was told by the first person that I’d paid for a small julep cup arrangement (I’m sorry, so julep cups only hold UGLY flowers??) and only after speaking with the manager and explaining how horrific these looked and that I’d also paid for the deluxe upgrade, was I told that a replacement would be sent — but only at the price point that I’d originally ordered — nothing even a few dollars more. Maybe I’m old-​fashioned, but when I provide something less-​than-​perfect to a customer, I go above and beyond to make something for them that is BETTER, and not even bring up cost as an issue.
To add to the misery, the 2^nd flower arrangement never even arrived. That was before Christmas and after that, we were all out on break… when I got back this week I called back to arrange a re-​delivery, thinking maybe this time they’d get it right. It’s been 3 days and I’m still waiting for delivery. The manager just told me that it’s «on the truck» and would be here this afternoon even though I was promised this morning. If it’s me, I would send something like this (a THIRD DELIVERY attempt) out first thing, first off the truck.
Spare yourself a lot of grief and either order online from ProFlowers, or call Starbright, J Rose, or any other Manhattan florist.

You have one job: deliver flowers on the same day they are ordered as promised on your website. This is the most disappointing flower delivery service ever. They turned what should have been a happy occasion into a hassle. They didn’t deliver my order the same day as promised, and then again failed to deliver the order the next morning. They also ruined the surprise by calling my fiancée and asking if she was around to accept a flower delivery, but she was already gone from work for the day. Terrible service and while they apologized, were not at all sincere. DO NOT USE THIS FLOWER DELIVERY SERVICE.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE! I ordered flowers this morning for same day delivery, received email confirmation, my credit card was charged immediately, and it is 6pm and still no delivery! They stop delivering at 5pm. Called their «call center» 4 times and no one could help me or give me an answer as to where the delivery was. They gave me the direct line for the store, which I called three times and the number was a fax line.

This company is a scam. I ordered flowers last night and said that I needed them by 11AM the next day. I received a confirmation email last night, but more importantly… no flowers! 11AM has come and gone. Their emails bounce back and no one answers the phone. When you call you’re placed on hold for 5 minutes and then it hangs up on you. BEWARE!
