This is by far the slowest Caribou in the state of Minnesota. I love Caribou and I am a perks member, but usually the line is so long (inside and drive through) that I will deliberately go out of my way to avoid this location. It’s hard to find a coffee shop that feels more overstaffed than this location, yet my simple coffee order takes 3x as long as any other Caribou. Management seriously needs to take a cue from corporate, or hire people that don’t look like I just told them to solve the Pythagorean theorum when I ask for a small coffee with cream.

Uptown, Minneapolis, MN
Just got a nasty, watered down dark chocolate mocha… And waited fifteen minutes for it. Supposedly they only had one machine working at the time. There were at least ten people waiting behind me and cars in the drive-​through, and only one poor girl making drinks. Poor form.
