Longmeadow Shops

The Longmeadow Shoppes is why my family and I decided to move to Longmeadow. It is the most adorable little center. There is so much character to the buildings here! The center has many great amenities! You can pretty much come here and get everything you may need done. My son’s pediatrician is here and CVS is a few doors down, talk about convenience! You want to pull money out? Well, there’s a Bank of America. You feel like shopping? Head to the GAP, Chico’s, Ann Taylor… You want to go get your hair done? Get lunch or dinner? Craving Asian, Italian, or a delicious burger? Need to buy a gift? Get some yogurt? Well, you can do it all in one stop. The parking is pretty decent; it gets a little crowded during dinner time, but aside from that, there is nothing negative to say. I love this little center and I show it to my family when they come out to visit. I come here often and it totally deserves a five star!

Despite having worked in two of the establishments that reside within this shopping center, I’m kind of ambivalent about the whole place. It has your combination of newer chain restaurants and establishments (CVS, Starbucks, Gap, Blockbuster, Bertucci’s) with older stuff (Longmeadow Flowers, Friendly’s, places I never went to). It is nice to have the newer stuff convenient, but I miss the older, more local establishments as well.
