One thing that is clear is that Nick is very knowledgeable about the dynamics of heat loss, insulation and thermal exchange. He came by and we spent an hour or so going through the house, top to bottom. He was very thorough, and I learned a lot. Thankfully, my house is in good shape as far as insulation goes, however there were a couple problem areas (recessed lights tend to be a weak point where heat escapes, and the duct work from my bathroom fan had no flapper, letting river cold air flow into my bathroom).
The workers came in the following Tuesday, fixed the fan exhaust problem, built insulation boxes around the recessed lights, and topped off my attic insulation. They were courteous, fast and professional. Everything was done within a couple hours.
I’m completely happy with the work, and would definitely recommend.
