This gym is amazing. Great classes including TRX and yoga. All the instructors are super helpful. Very good prices for memberships as well.

I had a great yoga experience here last week with Brie. My friend had invited me and even though I was running late Brie was very gracious and allowed me to join. I am very thankful to her and the other women present for waiting a couple extra minutes! I found the class — Synergy Yoga — challenging but still achievable for my level of experience(beginner). Brie had a calming and encouraging energy which gave me the confidence to try some of the difficult poses without newbie anxiety. The room was clean and had a warm ambiance. There were cubbies outside the door where I stored my other belongings and a couple showers down the hallway. I toured the gym later in the week to find out more about it. In addition to personal training, there are early morning(6am) and evening classes. Classes include TRX, yoga, pilates, dance, self defense, and more. Childcare is offered in the evening which you can sign up for when you register for a class online. During the work hours(7:30am — 5:30pm) there’s a circuit power hour where trainers are nearby for guidance on the day’s circuit. There are also two massage rooms a bit removed from the main area and a fabulous, new café that serves delicious breakfast, lunch and smoothies. The gym area was incredibly exciting to me. It’s wonderfully outfitted for TRX — another new interest of mine. I had the opportunity to speak with one of the experienced trainers, Kam, who told me about the various levels of TRX courses that the gym offers. He was friendly and down-to-earth but I can bet you he won’t let you slack off during class! In addition to the classes there are also three batting cages for softball/baseball training which makes it a great for team training.(Don’t worry — there are nets that rope it off from the other areas.) You can sign-up for membership(unlimited classes) if you see yourself coming multiple times a week or come in at the drop-in rate for weekly visits. Either way your first class is FREE! From what I gathered regular patrons are a mixed bag. You’ll see firefighters from the Mountain View Fire dept, local softball teams, and moms from the nearby neighborhoods. I recommend coming here if you’re ready to commit to a new challenge and love the energy of a supportive community to help you grow.
