Professional service with a relaxing, family feel. We have been renting 3 storage units of various sizes for a few months now. The management and staff, who live on site, have always been very friendly and helpful! The storage units were clean and ready to be occupied when we needed them. They even made sure to give us open units near each other for our convenience. We also like the online monthly auto-​pay that this storage facility provides.
If you’re looking for a great storage facility in the Longmont area, this is the place.

I went AAA storage last year around Sept.
Most of all, the manager owoman was so kind and did great support. Sorry I forgot her name.
I recommend here if you need store something in Longmont.

False advertising on website offering free moving van, one month free, etc. Showed up to rent and they said because they were so full, they no longer felt they had to honor these coupons. Whhaaaat???
Owner is brutal. We showed up the day rent was DUE (NOT LATE) and she refused to let us remove our belongings. We had to pay an entire month’s rent despite the fact that we did not want to renew. No negotiating, nasty attitude. Beware. There is too much competition in this field to put up with such bad customer service.
