During the recent flood they did nothing to keep the customer updated about the situation. The AAA storage to the west by contrast, set up an informational web site for customers. This is really sad. They could have at least called customers. Did they go on vacation while this was happening. Even the answering service had no idea what the situation was. As of 9÷16÷2013 have still not heard a word from them. You would have thought they would have called the customers before if possible. Did the flooding unfold in such a short time? I was out of the state, would have still be oblivious that all my belongs have probably been lost. Just worrying how to deal with it and when. Above is what AAA did for their customers
