We had a horrible experience at this location. We walked in with my infant daughter, right at noon, on Sunday when they were opening. We were one of two couples to walk in to the store at that moment. The first couple had obviously been working with one of the associates previously, walked right up to him, and were assisted. The other associate was on the phone. My husband and I walked around for about 20 minutes trying out various mattresses and had basically decided on something we wanted to purchase. A third couple walked in after we had been in the store for about 25 minutes. When the associate completed his call he walked straight up to the third couple, who had just arrived, in order to assist them. When the first associate had finished with the couple he had been helping the whole time he proceeded to start working on paperwork. We were never once greeted and no one ever helped us. Do yourself a favor and go across the street to Mattress Firm and work with Shane. Super helpful and a much better experience!

Get ready to walk out with a new line of credit for something you are not going to purchase. The salesman I even talked about if 2 different credit queries in the same day would impact my overall credit score and he stated«They are just soft pulls, they shouldn’t effect it much». I didnt qualify for enough credit for the mattress I had selected. As I was leaving he handed me a brochure about my new Furniture Row credit card and said it would be at my house in 1 – 2 weeks. I told him I would not be at that residence in a week, and he went on to tell me how I could get a really nice sofa or dinning set. I am not shopping for either of those things, AS I WENTTO A MATTRESSSTORE! But apparently as soon as he pushed the button I ended up with a credit card with no say in the matter. Now I have no mattress, a line of credit that I can’t close right away for fear of impacting my credit score more, and said line of credit ISNT A LINEOFCREDIT I CANUSE for several years. Additionally I am worried when I go somewhere else this will limit my ability to get financing for ANYMATTRESS! The worst part was that up until then I was going home to talk to my husband about what we could do to buy a $ 3000 mattress HERE because I thought the sales guy was nicer HERE then other mattress stores I had been to. He went in depth to tell me how other guys trick you into thinking you are getting some great deal when the manufacturer pays for it anyhow. It is obvious they make some kind of bonus or commission for signing people up for credit cards, even when you don’t want one. That does not strike me as a company interested in the customers best interest. I am in tears thinking about how much time I have worked to repair my credit just to have one jerk face push a button and jack up my carefully laid plans to rebuild my life. Thanks Denver Mattress for driving this kind of behavior in your employees through incentive programs that screw your customers. Shame on all of you.

WOW! We had a wonderful experience here. We bought our mattress in 2007 and it ended up sagging in 2 spots. We called the store to see if this was covered by the warranty and the manager, Corey told us to place a stick on the mattress and measure down to the bottom of the divot and if it measured more than 1 ½″, it was covered. We did and sure enough, it was lower than 1 ½″. We took pictures into the store and showed the managers and we did not get even one ounce of push back, no guilt, no complaining; it was trouble free! We were given the choice of a higher-dollar mattress than the one we had for an exact trade, which we took advantage of. They even threw in a free dog bed! Top notch service! We are very satisfied!
