VERLO MATTRESS IS A SHAM. We purchased a King Firm mattress of $ 5000 to have it sag in the middle within one month. They came picked it up and repaired it only to have the same problem within several months.
The manager Randon and his delivery Ruben missed our appointment with no call no show 5÷21÷2016 and showed up today refusing to do the repair with the warranty period.
Randon gave me excuses that he couldn’t accept the mattress for repair as per our conversation and the delivery crew left.
They have no word no warranty and I had to call operate 1800Verlo I am awaiting to hear back from Josh.
We have had severe back pain and discomfort from owning this $ 5000 King Firm mattress. Horrible experience and no warranty be warned. There are real stores that have a reputation in our community.

I recently bought a custom built bed at the Longmont store and recieved the kindest, most patient customer service I have ever experienced. Randon, Rachel and Travis were all just so very nice and helpful and knowledgable. I highly recommend them if you are having a hard time deciding on what type of bed to buy. They spent alot of time with me, and never put any pressure on me at all. David in Boulder was also very knowledgable and great. Also I felt good about supporting a local store rather than the BIG companies that dont have the ethics that Verlo has. I am happy with my purchase and was so impressed with the fantastic customer service!!!

I have owned and slept on a Verlo California King mattress for approximately 8 years and couldn’t be happier! The staff at the factory store in Longmont, CO, including the manager, Randon, are the best I have encountered in a very long time! They are all about fantastic customer service and the product they manufacture is the best, in my opinion, one can find in the marketplace! I am a customer for life and would recommend a Verlo mattress to anyone in the market for a good night’s sleep!

Went in to help my friend find a bed on a tight budget. She’s disabled and didn’t have the money to buy a bed so she was sleeping on the floor! There was a very knowledgeable and sweet young lady who helped us. Darn it, I wish I could remember her name because she deserves credit for helping my friend find a way to afford something that would meet her needs. This young women was highly professional, reassured us that she would be making the bed and she also told us she is a massage therapist. I hope thats enough info to figure out who she is. I still sleep on my awesome verlo foam mattress. Nothing compares :-)

I love going to the actual factory from the craftsmen that make the mattresses. The salesman is extremely helpful and does not pressure you to buy anything you don’t want or can’t afford.
