I went back to hobby lobby to pick up vases i had ordered. Kellie and Anita were super helpful wrapping the vases and then Ben even hauled them to my car! !! Great customer service. Thank you! !!!

You’d think this place could fill a simple order to cut glass for framing. Not so. They mis-cut the glass by ½ in. on each side, which we unfortunately discovered after we got home(15 mi. away). Returned it for re-cutting after a VERY long wait at the framing counter(which is under-staffed). They said they’d have it for us in 30 min. 1.5 hrs later, after we’d run some other errands, it wasn’t ready.(«Sorry, things got busy.» On the 3rd try, it was done & we carefully measured before taking it home. But when we got it home, we found small black lettering along the edges of 3 of the 5 frames, which wouldn’t look good on a white background. Just sloppy work here. Check EVERYTHING before you leave the store.

Weekly coupon is a must. Adequate selection for spur-of-the-moment party and craft needs. Generally decent service.

All your crafty needs in one place… mostly. Here’s the best part about this place — go to the website( ) and print off the weekly coupon. 40% off one item — yes please. I may be building my frame collection one frame at a time, but each one is cheap. They do seem to rely extensively on sales — c’mon people, just lower the prices already. If it’s 50% off every week, it stops being novel. I like the class prices, and hope to take cake decorating with fondant soon(yummy cake-ness!). *(3/19/08) For some«interesting» perspectives, check out discussions of the Hobby Lobby manager debacle, 2008.
