Although older, the room was clean and big. The pool room and pool was exceptionally clean, but the spa tub wasn’t running. The front desk lady was pleasant last night. However, they could not break a dollar into quarters to do laundry and the breakfast forty-five minutes before it ended was under stocked, missing items that were not replaced(except for one item that was restocked at 8:45.). The tables needed to be wiped down between guests. In the lobby, the front desk personnel allowed a dog to lay on the lobby couch. The towels in the room were more like hand-towels and really rough. This hotel cost us more to stay than any other on our vacation, yet was the least worth it… except for the pool. This is a place we might stay again, as our kids loved the pool and the beds were comfortable if the price was lower. We would make it to breakfast much earlier too.

I am at a loss… The worst experience in a hotel ever… First room the electrical cords were frayed… New room smelled like smoke as well as pot. The AC was not working properly, the fridge did not work, the hair dryer did not work, the phone did not work… When I asked to speak to a manager she said«what do you want me to do?» Then added we have always had a problem with that room! Also the hot tub has not been working for a week but still allowing people in! Will never use a quality inn again!

This hotel was so dirty! The chair in the room looked like it had not been cleaned since the hotel opened probably 30 years ago. The sheets and towels were worn out. The carpets were so dirty. The TV cable had only a few channels. The wall lights next to the bed did not work. The lights on one wall, the refrigerator and the microwave were all hooked to the hall light switch. It was so dirty that although we intended to stay two nights we left as early as possible in the morning and did not even eat the free breakfast.
