Awesome awesome place full of amazing antiques and vintage goodies. I especially enjoyed the children’s vintage room and all of the old Halloween décor! They have clothes, furniture, records, Pyrex, jadeite, books, housewares, furs… It was a bit pricey for me, otherwise perfection.

I’m not really an antique guy. I’d like to be, but I just haven’t found my way into the lifestyle yet. My expertise in the area is pretty much limited to watching American Pickers on the«History» Channel and almost two decades of darkening the doorway to every thrift store that I see. All of that being said, Serendipity strikes me as a great store. The store is filled with cool vintagey stuff. They’ve got furniture, clothes, artifacts, housewares, vinyls, decorations… just about everything. After walking out of Serendipity the Mrs. and I decided that we really should find a way into the antiques game. Consider me a convert.

One of my favorite stores in Longmont. Gorgeous building on 3rd and even better stuff inside. Vicky & her staff are fun to talk with and helpful. The items are diverse, unique & in great shape. I’ve bought old bikes, typewriters, window sashes, porch columns and more. I always find something unique that sparks some ideas. Can’t wait to go back.

I really love this place. i work nearby and stop in about once a week or so just to see what’s new. Very cool vintage, antique items that are typically in great shape. some items are a little pricey but usually because of the quality of the items. This is a must for vintage lovers and DIYers.

Getting to this store is a trip to say the least but its worth it. Its a vintage/retro/antique smörgåsbord and I could spend an entire day here(and sometimes have!). The furniture is reasonably priced and in excellent condition. I bought a 1950s blonde wood dresser and vanity set from here and its in great condition and only cost me like $ 200. The styles vary greatly as well. You’ll find turn of the century china cabinets, post war metal dining tables, mid century modern living room furnishings and some amazing 80s art… each divided into stylized sections of the store. The best part for me though? is their selection of vintage hats and furs. I have yet to find any place that has such and amazing, well maintained, reasonably priced selection that hasn’t been picked over or doesn’t look costumey and cheap. Its a vintage clothing shoppers dream!

Serendipity is a fun store to visit if you like anything vintage. They offer a large selection of kitchen items, furniture, decorative items, clothing, albums, the list goes on and on. If you’re looking for something particular, let them know and they’ll keep an eye out for you. Friendly staff and a great place to check out regularly for new treasures.

My sister and I had a Longmont shopping day today, and we stopped by Serendipity. From the moment I walk in the doors seeing all of the vintage kitchenware, to the bizarre collectables, I am in heaven. Today I bought a vintage perfume bottle, and a perfect vintage medicine chest for my bathroom(thanks to my dad in advance for hanging it on my wall) that will replace the self confidence busting gem that is currently hung. This store is one of the reasons that I love spending the day back in my home town. Another reason is the scratchy throat I get from laughing all day with my sister.

I love this store. They have such a large assortment of goodies and things from years gone by. I especially like the Scandinavian items they carry — not too many, but it’s fun to stop in every now and then to see what they have. The prices are great, too.

This store is a block off the main drag but is a million times better than the thrift and pawn shops on main street. Lots of great, interesting items for decent prices!
