I previously wrote a negative review of Service Experts and wish to amend that posting. After the negative review, The owner personally called to see what had gone wrong. The issue was around a miscommunication between a call center and the repairman. Service Experts immediately refunded our money. Any company can and does make mistakes. How those mistakes are handled are what sets companies apart. The owner personally responded, agreed that a refund was due, and even gave me his personal cell phone number, so if a situation arose again, I could reach him personally. That dear readers is Great Customer Service! And to me that says all you need to know about this company. Integrity matters to them.
