The kid taking the order was so stoned(good job colorado voters) it took 10 minutes to order 3 shakes. How hard is it to understand«strawberry-banana shake»? I think I’m going to have to end my 30 minute experiment and go buy a pint at Safeway. Wish I would have checked Unilocal first.

The worst, I’ve tried to go after 8 pm for half priced shakes… they are always slow service wise, but my wife and I sat in the car for at least 20 mins. Finally I said to one of the employees, whats up, and I got the ol «we take our orders in the order that they were ordered«… BUT I haven’t got order ! We left, walk on over to 3 margaritas and get a large fried ice cream for 4 bucks . Sonic just doesn’t give a damn.

Let me start by admitting that I’m no frequent visitor to Sonic. Of course, this location has forever lost my business, but they probably won’t care since I don’t usually find myself craving greasy«tater tots» or milkshakes at 11:00pm. From the looks of it, management doesn’t really care about the customer experience. Tonight, we started our«adventure» by pulling into one of the few vacant car-hop spots. After listening to a full half-inning of baseball(probably 8 – 10 minutes) with no response to the«push here to order» button, we decided to give the drive through a try. From start to finish, the drive through took 40 minutes for two milkshakes. This was a leisure trip, and we had 40 minutes to spare, but it was the observations of the business during those 40 minutes that made this such a remarkably sour experience. The staff were disgusting. Filthy, rude, vulgar, incompetent… I’m not sure if some of them had bathed in the prior week. The poor girl at the register alternated between her cell phone and counting money — an interesting choice of tasks given the estimated 30 cars patiently waiting on service. From the widow, where we must have spent at least 15 minutes, we watched the staff do anything but work. With frustrated customers pulling out of line, switching car-hop stations, walking to the ordering desk, and honking their horns to try to get someone’s attention, the staff worked at a snail’s pace and spent much more time fraternizing than working. When we finally received our milkshakes, the cashier/cell-phone girl didn’t know which was which, and her excuse was«I didn’t make them». She also forgot to give us straws and was the rudest little brat I’ve seen in fast food in quite some time. Sonic: this was a fail of epic proportions. You guys really stink.(Literally)

Waited for about thirty minutes tops with no response on a slow night. We had someone walk past us who had the time to take the trash out. But they didn’t have the time to assist to us in thirty minutes. In the past, I came here and ordered a shake to find a whipped cream cap to their bottles in my shake… Not a very good experience here

I was in the drive through(only car) And it took the girl 15 min to get me a bag of ice and a kids meal then had to wait for a manager to get there to give me change ! She could tell that was upset that it was taking so long, she told me to fuck off and to have a nice day !!! Not only was she rude and look like no one had showered in weeks !!! I will Never go back !!! I asked for a manager and she told me he was on a break even though he just gave her the change to give me ! She told me to call back and when I did she wouldn’t let me speak with him !!! So I called the corporate office ;)

Worst Sonic I’ve ever experienced! We moved to Longmont a few months ago and have given this place a few chances hoping it would get better. WRONG! I went to pick up lunch for my husband on two separate occasions was told(at 11 am) that they were not making onion rings that day. What Sonic has days they just«don’t make onion rings»? I ordered around it and left. Next trip popped in for a drink and had to wait 20 plus minutes in the drive-thru to even place an order and when I drove away, my watermelon slush was so sour I thew it away. These have always been my favorite Sonic drink. I know what they taste like so I was left wondering what I had actually been given that day. The kicker that will forever keep me away from this location is the night I stopped to grab us dinner after work and I asked for cheese sticks. When I got home I dug them out of the bag to find 2 of them had been bit in half and placed non-bite side up back in the carrier box. I was disgusted and mortified! My husband called up to Sonic to complain but nobody would answer the phone. We both threw everything away and went out to eat. This place sucks! Never, never, again.

If I could give this place a fat 0 or a minus rating, I would. 22 minutes wait, messed up my order, no mustard for corn dogs. Really? When I put the bag back up on the counter and ask for my money back, I’m then accused of throwing the bag at her. These losers are too much. No more Sonic. Ever.

This is the SLOWEST Sonic I’ve ever been to. Half the time, the credit card readers aren’t working so you have to pay in cash. No one seems to care that you wait for no less than 10 minutes in the drive through just to order!

Could this fast food be any slower or the wet burritos any dryer. They also have inconsistent opening hours so if you’re a commuter looking for a breakfast burrito on the north side of town get it before you get here because you can’t count on them being open.

When I lived in Longtucky I would go here quite a bit. The ice cream was good on a hot summers night. Went there this past saturday and my god they have gone down hill. We pulled up and tried to order and the person on the other side must have been under the influence of some kind of drug. It took like 3 minutes to get the first part of the order and it still wasnt right. So we thought we could do a walk up order, maybe it would be one of the other 3 workers that would take our order… Nope. got in the car and left, and went to Chick Fil A instead and spent less and had much better food.
