I had to give it one star, but I really would like it to be 0 stars. Sprint is going to lose 3 customers(which they probably don’t care) for a huge mess that the Longmont, CO. store(#2616) caused my friend and I. I introduced him to Sprint after being a sort of happy customer since 2002. We went into the store back in April. My friend wanted his own account but placed on our Framily plan(thats what its for, right? Get your friends to sign up so Sprint can have more customers?). The Representative(Dustin) decided half way through signing my friend up, he would take care of another customer. We waited over 20 minutes while he made his sale to a customer who walked in way after we did. When he finally came back to us, we thought he finalized everything correctly. Several weeks later(after the 14 day return period) I notice my account is all screwed up with the next billing. What Dustin had done was add my friend to my account. I am being charged for my friends account and was told to pay the full amount of his phone. We called Dustin and he said come in, he will get fixed. Well, he didn’t. I do not want to go into every detail of what happened in our following 10 calls to customer service and over 10 visits into the store over the past month and a half, but the situation was never resolved. Last week after noticing I am still being billed for my friends account, I called Customer Service. They told me to talk to their store manager(Zach). I went in and both he and Customer Service decided there was nothing they could do to help me. So I called Sprint again to make a formal complaint. The lady who took the complaint said thery should be able to get it resolved. I get the phone call back from Sprint. They tell me there’s nothing they can do. So I asked for the manager, he tells me the same thing in a very rude tone. So, I’m considering leaving Sprint. The situation which was never my fault in the first place, is being treated by Sprint as if it WAS my fault. I am willing to stay with Sprint if they can fix my problem(which again, was not caused by me). 1) Get my friends account(number ending in 7339) separate and away from mine. 2) Keep us on my Framily plan. 3) Compensate me and my friend for all the trouble you have caused. Our time was wasted. We’ve spent money on gas. We’ve been told everything will be fixed. Nothing has been fixed. If this is how you want to treat a 12 year customer, then you do not need our money.

Really terrible customer service at this location. They will scream out to you when you walk into the store…“what’s your name”. No «hello, what can I help you with today»?After waiting for an appointment that was made in advance, I was asked which color of iPhone I wanted. I chose my color and then was told that I could only have white. Don’t count on the manager to be any help. She is quite rude and the staff is not any more knowledgeable. Save yourself a lot of pain and go to a store where they have better customer service. I am considering switching carriers after this experience!

Wretched coverage. Drops voice calls constantly. The phone(A Samsung S3) holds a charge for 3 hours, max, then dies(less than 2 years old). Promised LTE service ‘real soon’ when I joined in 2012, still, nothing. Ever few months the cost goes up a few dollars, no good explanation. I guess the old saying: you get what you pay for, holds true; at least with Sprint.

I never would have thought that I could have such a pleasant experience in a cell phone store. My stereotype of the cheesy suited jerks at the mall asking what cell phone service you have has been blown away. Alas, I went to the retail store after debating the online ordering, but was very hesitant about doing the retail thing. I talked to the most awesome of awesome cell phone gurus this side of the Himalayas. His name is Jeremy and he hooked me up with the phone I wanted, I got the same deals that were supposed«online exclusive» and I am sooooooooooooooooooooooooo happy with my new service and phone I’m bragging about Sprint to everyone. Bottom line, BAGAT&T…let me say this again, BAGAT&T, they have terrible service and are overpriced. Go hook up with Sprint, be able to use apps just like the infamous iPhone, but get this, you can make calls one these phone, who would have thought that possible? Remember, Jeremy at the Sprint store, totally awesome and knowledgeable guy.
